desktop applications does not download. WHY?
I purchased a monthly subscription of student for creative cloud. I received an email saying that my payment was a success. I downloaded the installer of creative cloud. When I click on my page on adobe.com and navigate to the download of desktop applications, he says 'Download' instead of 'download trial '. It is ok. I click 'download '. He takes me to the page that says 'Illustrator's downloading now... ». Illustrator is NOT download now. Nothing happens. WHY?
Yes, I bought the membership year which is billed monthly. I had to call the problem with a Tech from adobe, it took 3 hours but they have managed to do work. they have removed the old adobe folers/files on my pc and reinstalled the app of clouds, then I had to disable the software anti anti-virus and firewall... long process, but it works fine now.

Creative cloud desktop application does not load Apps
I downloaded the creative suite and configure my account with adobe, but my creative cloud application does not load apps, it remains on the blue spinning wheel, despite clicking 'Download now' on some apps it invites. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tomgarrad,
Go to Applications--> Utilities--> Adobe Installers.
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
* If it says application runs in the background, and then open the activity monitor and close the process creative cloud.
Once the creative cloud is uninstalled then follow it mentioned below as follows:
Please go to the library
1. click on Finder, click go and navigate to the folder
2. tap / library and click on Go
3. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
4 repeat step 1
5. Type ~/Library and click Go
6. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
7. go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?promoid=KLYVF
Download Adobe Creative cloud, install it.
If the steps above do not work. Try to enable the root user account, and then try to open Adobe Creative cloud.

CC desktop application does not sync
When I opened the desktop application announcing go tot the active tab, then click on files at the bottom it says sync but does not stop the progression and custom. I left it for hours (yesterday 19/03/16) and I would check the file I needed and never saw the files I needed. As a result, I can't see or open some files. If I click on see online and go to the folder that I need, I can see al the files and folders in the specific folder that I need. Even if I open InDesign and go the same folder I can't see the InDesign file because I can't open it.

CC desktop application does not open
My desktop CC app cannot me download/set to update all apps, and he says: 'download error. Press Retry to try again, or contact customer support. "Then press Retry, and I only get the spinning wheel. I tried all the solutions of question: 403 error at the launch of the creative Office Cloud app and question: The Creative Cloud desktop dose not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress but none of them were solved.
Before someone asked me to open my account on my Mac and download them here - that worked - but I shouldn't do this whenever I want to download/upgrade to update my applications.
All the ideas!

Creative cloud desktop application does not start!

Since the upgrade to Windows 10 I was not able to open the creative application of cloud. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and I still have the same. Opens the creative cloud but not has nothing about this except the settings button which opens the dropdown menu with help (no help at all), PIN at the notification area and Quit. Or I can move me, minimize or close it!

MacBook Pro running OS 10.10 (Yosemite) I download the installer CC, but when I double click it starts to do something and then it suddenly stops. I restarted my browser, restarted the Mac, etc. etc. How can I get the CC desktop application to work as I have already paid for the plan of Photoshop?
Msl28209 summers - receive you specific errors? If not then you have used the steps listed in error: "unable to install". Creative Cloud Desktop to reinstall the creative Cloud Desktop application?

PhoneGap OSX desktop application does not load

I just downloaded an adobe adds on and was hoping to use it but does not have my creative cloud. I have never had to open a session before, and this is my first time trying to connect. The window is stuck on the spinning wheel once I connect.

Desktop application does not load the app links.

When I start the desktop application, the small blue 'wheel loading' continues spinning forever. The text, files, and Behance buttons sometimes work, but all this takes time and slows down my whole system. I work with 10.8.4, have 8 GB ram and Intel Core i7 2.66 CPU frequency. Any ideas? Thank you.
Yes! I managed to fix it. I deleted all files of AAM, VAC en (don't forget the newspaper library user cached files. Find out how here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html)
Then I downloaded again the MAO (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774) and the ACC app installed both and here. Everything works.

I called Adobe support. After several attempts to fix it, they took a folder called "caps". Don't know where it of located, but basically, after removing the caps, CC desktop application file showed no apps installed.
Apps reinstalled and I now have the latest versions. If notifications will appear when there are updates are is unknown at this time.

- Uninstall Adobe CC of the machine (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.
- /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
- Restart the computer.
