  1 create a text file and name it start.vbs
  2. edit the file and paste the following code

  3. save the file on your C drive and create a shortcut and put the shortcut on your desktop.
  4. right click on the shortcut and change the icon to something you want, or you can create a custom icon, I did it by finding a windows logo on the web 8 and taking a snip of it.

  5. put newly create a shortcut on the lower left corner of your screen and now you have an icon to get to the start screen, bypassing the hover bottom left corner.

  When I start first to the top of my Windows 7 PC, all desktop shortcuts open the Recycle Bin. The Recycle Bin properties indicate that it belongs to the partition D:\.
  Other symptoms include trouble scrolling through emails and other lists (drag bar goes to the last point and won't set).
  I tried a lot of bugs (sfc, startup fill twice reinstall Windows 7 and uninstalled all unused programs.) I ran CCleaner and other Reg cleaners. Nothing seems to help.

  I found the cause of the wacky desktop shortcuts and it was so simple, I was almost too embarrassed to report it. I mentioned that any vertical scrolling page would always go to the bottom and do not stay anywhere else. In addition, by clicking a shortcut on the office always open the Recycle Bin.

  Well, I found that I could "fix" the problem simply by pressing the Page Up once. All symptoms cleared immediately. Have you guessed yet?

  The Page down key was stuck!

  Well, I get a fresh install of Win7 and clean a lot of junk out of my PC, so it's not a total waste of time (close, but not quite).

  Thanks to everyone who tried to help me. Your talents and your efforts have taught me a lot about Windows I would not have learned otherwise.

  I have improved the previous version of firefox to the new firefox v.4 and now all the shortcut icons I used with the previous version display a pop-up dialog box that says that windows does not find this website, check the spelling - address - etc. But immediately after this window opens the Web site loads. I tried to load the original site, delete the old shortcut and drag the new shortcut to my desktop, but Firefox always gives me the same message.

  Hello bigfootjim159, please try to remove the complitly extension in firefox/tools > addons > extensions - it is adware. also, take a look in the windows control panel and uninstall toolbars, or the unwanted entries there.

• Satellite C650 USB - Ports off a few minutes after the start of every day

  When I start my C650 Satellite for the first time every day the USB ports work perfectly, then after a few minutes, that you hear the-, they stop working and features of disappear of display devices & Printers.

  Reboot during the day makes no difference but the next day to the first commissioning of the USB ports working again. I think that every day they work a little longer, but I have not yet proved.

  In addition, you can disable the option that allows to disable USB ports in order to save power. This can be done in-USB Controllers-> properties > Device Manager - > last tab (power management)

• icons change size and move between the start up... Why?

  I move and resize the icons on my desktop... then, if I stop and restart the computer, the icons are in a different size and location where I want.  What arrangement made change to make that happen? I am the only user on the computer. Vista Home Premium.

• RUNDLL error is displayed at the start of each time.

• TB hangs at startup between the start of EACH 3-15 x

  This happened since I updated from an earlier version of TB (more than one year ago). Crash Reporter on and for a period of time, also made a comment accompanying the report, as well as the contact me option. Nobody ever helped. I have literally thousands of reports which were presented. Would like to help, please. It is the most recent, although there are 10 others from today, as well.

  It seems that the problem is worse when I sent a message before the opening of TB, if this message was sent from my cell phone, or TB on my computer application.

  It seems not completely load messages. And then crashes.
