  I have windows XP currently installed on my computer and I also have the new hard drive (seagate 500 gb) installed on my computer.

  It is possible that the hard disk has errors that need to be repaired by using the Windows XP CD.

  If you have the Windows XP CD then I suggest that you run chkdsk on the computer to analyze and repair corrupt errors on the hard drive.

  Hi all

  I have this error code for all card reading devices Ricoh "insufficient resources".

  Look at one of the devices of connection I have.

  Intel 82801 PCI bridge - 2448 @ F0400000 - F04FFFFF

  and as a subtree, the first camera Ricoh starts with F0400000 - F04007FF

  I thought in uninstalling and reinstalling would get Vista to assign different IO but uninstall the device just gives the BSOD with one of the pilots Ricoh for instance 'rixdptsk.sys '.

  Error code 12:

  This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12)

  Cause:

  This error can occur if two devices that are installed on your computer received the same i/o ports, the same interrupt, or the same Direct memory access channel (whether through BIOS, the operating system, or both). This error message can also appear if the BIOS did not allocate enough resources for the device.

  You can use the Troubleshooting Wizard in Device Manager to determine where the conflict is, and then disable the device in conflict.

  Turn off the device in conflict

  a. in the device properties dialog box, click the general tab.

  b. click troubleshoot to start the Troubleshooting Wizard. The wizard will ask a few simple questions and provides a solution to your problem, based on the answers you provide.

  c. follow the resolution steps provided by the wizard to resolve the problem.

  Of course, I'd appreciate some advice on the treatment of a keyboard device driver error.  Things were fine yesterday, but today, stop the keyboard. Keyboard displays a yellow alert with code 39.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but it will reinstall with the same alert.code.  I tried a find update but can't find anything more recent Windows.  I looked on the Lenovo download site but haven't seen a keyboard driver.  Couldn't get into safe mode, but does not have msconfig through the keyboard to the diagnostic boot insto mode screen, but the same results.  Any help is greatly appreciated... it seems it shouldn't be so difficult, and of course miss me something obvious.  Thank you

  After abandon it and post my request for help, I found the answer.  Search the Web more upturned one clue which led elsewhere... and I found that an update of Threatfire which I run didn't copy a new tfkbmon.sys of keyboard (used to help in the detection of keylogging apparently) driver in the drivers folder.  Things has worked after updating but the restart was the culprit and I forgot the programme asking to install an update earlier.  Downloaded the file from the TF community forum in the drivers folder and everything is now ready to go.  Thank you

  Hey, guys.
  I am very new in this LabVIEW, do some programs still use drivers to control instruments. So, recently, I work to control a Keithley SMU 2410. I make a simple program to constant voltage source and measure the current vs time. This program works wells in short periods and Keithley functions very well. But last week, I used for 20 hours, the problem was that 45 minutes of operation, the front screen of EMS unit exploded, the labview show an IO error that can communicate with the instrument, and when I reboot the instrument, he can't do anything, and the labview is not able to communicate with the instrument. The device is made when works as a source unit and can not be damaged by high currents, and therefore the last measures was about 100 my when the level of compliance was at 1. When I turn on the camera, I only hear the fans and I can't do nothing, I look for the fuse but it was ok.

  So I know that it is a hardware error Keithley not associated with NOR. But I got the idea that maybe something that I put in my program to damage the instrument in a certain way. I master the instrument with a serial cable, and I used the drivers I downloaded from a page of NOR, don't remember which version was.   I ran a windows update and a hardware update for ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON 7500 was available. I wasn't sure what it was, but I did research some information about drvier... or windows hardware and device driver has informed me that it detects what device(certain hardware) I have on my computer to install the update. (I don't know if it's true) anyway, since then, when I start my computer, the 'new hardware found' window. After investigating on I found it cause the ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON 7500 (I don't think I know what it is). There was my this info in my device (6 times) Manager: its an unknown device located in the ALL - IN - WONDER RADEON 7500 and it states that "the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) "what is it and how to fix it." I don't know if I'm to disable or uninstall. As I said, these updates I got Windows update manager and I'm guessing that it was not successful.

  I understand your annoyance that you cannot update the driver hub USB rot. Please follow the steps below to help you to solve the problem.

  I would like to inform you that a Code 28 error is caused by a driver missing for that piece of hardware.

  There are all sorts of reasons that a driver could not be installed for a device, but your troubleshooting the problem will be the same regardless of the root cause.

  • Remove or reconfigure newly installed unit.
  • Restore the version before your driver update.
  • Use system restore to undo recent changes in Device Manager.

  Looks like it's a legitimate hardware failure and you should definitely get referred back to Committee.

  You'll want to go to ni.com/ask and create a service request to talk to an engineer. Tell them that you have already checked that it is most likely a RMA number with another engineer of Applications on the forums. In addition, mention that you would like to try to get an advance replacement and they can check to see if it would be available to you. I'm sorry to hear that this was happening. I hope we get it taken care of for you as soon as possible.
