DG4ODBC added black spaces after each character

I'm trying to implement HS using Oracle 10.2.0.5 on RHEL5 (64-bit), FreeTDS and MS SQL Server.

The ODBC driver works fine:

[oracle@phsbe1pr ~] $ isql sfasql_freetds_dsn sqlSinfoOne *.

| SQL query |

But when I use the dblink I got each rope lined with spaces after each tank:

1. Please add the gateway HS_NLS_NCHAR = UCS2 init file
Then test again with a new SQL * Plus the term.
When it continues to fail, which used the Oracle database character set and how located the NLS_LANG to your environment?

  • "Space after" does not seem to be working properly

    Hi all! I have the text that has a few paragraphs and some points of the ball. I want space 'after' each element are the same. I made this a million times. But for some reason, this time, the spacing is not correct. Below each point of the bullet, it is correct. But after paragraphs, it's a much bigger space. I tried ignores all compensation. I broke the links to all styles, thinking that maybe there was a hidden style in there. Who am I not check? "Space after" is the same... I selected in the text box and made sure. And the font size is the same throughout. It's driving me crazy!

  • Space after paragraph: how picas equal to an empty line in Garamond 7.5 regular?

    I use Indesign CC and want to add a blank line after each paragraph in my document. I discovered how to do this, but the only unit I am offered is picas. I could probably go to inches, but who does not really help me. My main text is written in font Garamond regular 7.5 size and I would like to have the empty space after each paragraph that is equal to an empty line written in this font with this size. How to do if find a blank line with the font settings much is? I guessed and it seems to be equal to 0p 7, but it would be great if I could make without guessing blindly. I'm happy for any help.

    By default, InDesign assigns leading at 120% of the font size. If you have not changed which, you'll notice in the control bar that your policy is 7.5 and spacing is (9). (When shown in parenthesis it denotes that a default value is used.) You could have a paragraph style that make 7.5, 10.5 lead and it would display the 10.5 without parentheses).

    For the space after you want, in the paragraph Style game your space according to 9pt.

    Looks like the incorrect character encoding is used.

    What character encoding you have set here:
    Edit > Preferences > display > formatting tab
    Click on the button "Advanced".

    See my example below image

    You can edit an image showing what you have selected, is much easier to type this.

    What is in the source code for these lines:

  • Insert a space character between each character in a string

    I have an array of length variant.  Each element of the array contains a string.  I want to put a space character "" between each character of each string in the array.  The length of the string in each element of the array varies.

    I played with nested for loops with registers to lag and feedback without success and began to think that I do it's too difficult.

    Thank you

    (Lucither: your code will make any element of the array to an empty string.) It does not insert space between characters as needed.)

    There are nice solutions already posted above, here's another at random.

  • Create a space after a paragraph Style

    Good, all this may seem odd. All I want to do in CS4 is have a pt 4 extra space after a particular paragraph style. Specifically, my paragraph style, body text, has already "space after" specified in 3 pt. fine. But, for example, when I have three paragraphs of just this style, I want the three paragraphs separated by a pt 4 additional space. (There no consistency in documents when this happens.)

    At first, I thought that it might be possible to do this via a nested character style. Nope. Return to FrameMaker, I used to do this operation manually, whenever I wanted extra space. My coaches adds paragraph tags (ugh).

    Still a newbie...

    Thank you!

    Maybe I'm really missing your meaning here. When I replace a style setting to get more space below, I add the space below the * paragraph *. I don't set anything on the last line. It is no different in Framemaker. In Framemaker, you can add space above or below a paragraph, either as part of a style (FM called a 'format'), or as a replacement style. You "adjust the last line of a paragraph" in each program.

    There is a significant difference between the FrameMaker paragraph
    spacing and more other tools DTP or WP: space between paragraphs FM is
    NO ADDITIVE. Space below a paragraph is not added to the space preceding the
    next paragraph. On FM, wins the largest space. (I think that Ventura)
    This feature has also, or maybe the option for additive or
    agrandissement-one-WINS.)

    If the problem is to make between the paragraph spacing work non-additivement
    as FM, please file a feature request for this as an option, to:

    EDIT: The forum was unavailable for a while, and my answer by e-mail bounced. At the time that I discovered the email rejected, I saw mention of Lizbeth to have used base-on paragraph styles. Probably the style based on a mysterious behavior. The style based on the property information are most visible in the style of set/change dialog box. I'll enter a request feature of indicator for the property based on appearing in the name of a style far appears and, if possible, displays the name of the function paragraph, character, and style object. Master pages show the letter to master based on the page icons in the pages Panel, but they lose their own letter. I also ask for this feature.

  • HP Envy 120 printer prints OK but the error message after each document

    After upgrading the firmware in my printer, I now get a window pop up with the title, "Unable to communicate with printer" at the end of each document.  The error message should be cleared before the next document in the queue will print.  Each document prints correctly despite the error message.

    Another thing that may cause this condition besides the update of the firmware is this: I have set up my printer for wireless printing, which worked OK.  However, I am currently using the printer with a wired USB connection.  Of course, the version non-reseau of the printer is selected as my printer 'default' regarding this error report.  The update of the firmware was held at the same time that change this "setup".

    Hey @rrbNevada,

    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

    I understand that your printer HP Envy 120 seems to have an error "Unable to communicate with the printer" after each print job is printed and this problem seems to have started after an update of the firmware running and change your connection type. Maybe it's a coincidence.

    For me to help you I need to know what operating system you print since?

    What is my OS?

    For now, I would like to run the print tool HP and doctor Scan. It is a practical tool that will 'fix print' questions automatically for you. It will scan the computer for any conflict of driver printer HP, connection problems and other issues that can cause problems with your printer. It will also try to fix these problems for you.

    HP Print and Scan Doctor

    If printing HP and doctor Scan fails to solve your problem, I recommend a complete uninstall and reinstall of your software and drivers for a clean slate to work with.

    Uninstalling the printer software

    After you have uninstalled the drivers and the printer software I need you to reinstall. To reinstall, I add two documents of reference below:

    Installation for USB under Mac OS X

    Installation of USB on Windows

    Because you use the printer for network and USB connections on your computer I suggest you first run installation from USB.

    Once the printer is installed for USB, then you can add in the wireless version.

    Adding a printer wireless on Windows:

    1. open the Printer Assistant software on your desktop. It should resemble a black printer icon and has your options of Scan inside.

    2. click on the 'utility' on the top tab

    3. click on 'software and configuration of the printer.

    4 enforce "connect a new device" for the network connection.

    This will add two copies of your printer and both will be implemented properly for scanning and printing.

    Adding a printer wireless on Mac:

    1. Click The HP utility icon in the Dock.

  • Line does not come after each row of the list

    Hello

    I show a list in my current application. In the list, I paint a line after each line. Just a line of string, I add in each line. Now when I'm checking the list, on some devices, lines are coming. As in Bold 9790, after each line, a line is added. But in the Torch 9810 and curved 9320, line is not there. I don't get why this different behavior for different devices.

            }

            }
    }

    Thank you...

    The best result I wanted to say, variable height from station to station. So currently I use the line height and made changes accordingly.

    Here is my Code:

     Font f = FONT_FAMILY_1_SF_AS_08;
                graphics.setFont(f);
                int h = f.getHeight();
                int height = (listField.getRowHeight() - h)/2 ;
                y += height;
                graphics.drawText(text, 10, y, DrawStyle.ELLIPSIS, width);
                if (index != 0) {
                    graphics.setColor(Color.BLACK);
                    graphics.drawLine(0, y - height + 1 , width, y - height + 1);
                }

    It worked properly. Thanks a lot Peter and Simon.

  • You can automate assigning a different color in the paragraph styles to each character?

    Hello

    I am trying to find a way to create a paragraph style that will apply a different color to each letter automatically (to avoid having to change each character by hand.) like this:

    productrange.jpg

    Maybe it's not possible with styles, but if anyone has any other tips would be great. See you soon!

    Rosie

    If you want to keep the order of the colors in your RED letters > PURPLE > GREEN you have to exclude white space and choose 'Letters' instead of 'characters '.

    In your case after the Green letter 'Y', the next letter 'V' should be red, but it's Purple

    < class p = "style45" > I

    was enchanted by nature, birds and wild animals for as long as I can remember.

    Growing up in Toronto, Canada, I remember the countless hours spent

    stuck at National Geographic magazine, natural history books or watch

    David Suzuki & quot; The Nature of Things & quot; on television. These days

    I had every opportunity that I had to study and know the animals of all

    sorts. Today

    I often find myself upward at dawn, knee-deep in mud or covered

    in mosquitoes all in the pursuit to capture a glimpse of natures

    beauty. Although I like to photograph all fascinating nature

    creatures. I tend to focus on the birds. Why birds? I think it's because

    There are many species of birds, it's almost everywhere, they are

    difficult to photograph and they are beautiful to look at. I love birds! < /p >

    < / div >

    < p align = "left" class = "style67" > I

    will continue to strive to improve my craft of photography of birds and to capture a part of

    the beauty that surrounds us. Along the way, I can't wait to share

    my passion for photography of nature, birds and the natural world with each and every

    one of you. Thank you

  • RoboHelp 7 - lack intermittently space after the bolded text in

    We have converted to a project of 800 + topics RoboHelp 7 and our software updated with the latest new patch 7.01.001. Funky character issues have disappeared, but now, we noticed that we are intermittently missing space after the words in bold. I check the HTML code and this is the encoding is the same for all the words in bold type in a subject, but one word is going to run out of space and all the other words in bold No.

    This applies to topics that have been created in RH7 before the patch as well the subjects that have been converted from RH5 RH6 then RH7. Also, applies to the subjects that were imported initially in RH5 or RH6 of the word.
    The formatting looks like this: "it's < span style =" make-weight: bold; "" > </span > post PARA or DBS.

    Sometimes, I see the end is code </span > < span > < / span > - or - </span > < space >
    I also saw Word < b > < /b >

    Problem is that it is inconsistent and we have more than 800 subjects within our project. To check each heading in the generated version, and then return to Edit will be forever.

    Thank you. I'll try that. In addition, there are a few versions of dll in the last a few bug fixes for RH7 which seemed to have solved the problem.

  • I have a column with two values, separated by a space, in each line. How to create 2 new columns with the first value in a column, and the second value in another column?

    I have a column with two values, separated by a space, in each line. How do I create 2 new columns with the first value in one column and the second value in another column?

    Add two new columns after than the original with space separated values column.

    Select cell B1 and type (or copy and paste it here) the formula:

    = IF (Len (a1) > 0, LEFT (A1, FIND ("", A1) −1), ' ')

    shortcut for this is:

    B1 = if (Len (a1) > 0, LEFT (A1, FIND ("", A1) −1), ' ')

    C1 = if (Len (a1) > 0, Member SUBSTITUTE (A1, B1 & "", ""), "")

    or

    the formula of the C1 could also be:

    = IF (Len (a1) > 0, RIGHT (A1, LEN (A1) −FIND ("", A1)), "")

    Select cells B1 and C1, copy

    Select cells B1 at the end of the C column, paste

    You can attach a screenshot?

    • Use a type of compressed as PNG or JPG image to save the screenshot
    • Make sure you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

    Is SafeMode has a bearing on this question?

    You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

    • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

    You will need to close and restart Firefox after enabling/disabling this setting.

    You can check the problems caused by a corrupt localstore.rdf file.

    I'm guessing that you have reinstalled Windows from a DVD, right?

    Your PC came with a version of HP OEM of Windows preinstalled, and it is the only version guaranteed to work on this unit.

    You should consider reinstalling using HP recovery media to operate again.  It's a set of DVD and a CD that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, applications and settings, reinstall the original OS, drivers and utilities for HP. In some cases, you will be able to order a USB instead of discs.  You must order at HP; they cannot be downloaded.

    You can look online for recovery from the paged media related: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

    Once there, enter your product name or number. On your software page and download the drivers, select your operating system and version. Click on "Update".  If the HP recovery support is available for your computer, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for the command Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click on the symbol '+' to expand this entty and click on order to press for more details.

    Or, if you prefer, you can do the same by contacting HP Customer Service:

    If you live in the United States or the Canada, details are on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

    If you live elsewhere, contact details are on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

    Note that if HP no longer provides a recovery media for your model, a few other sites, you can check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/

    Don't forget to read through the material in the linked thread before attempting the recovery: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00707939

    Good luck

    I'm a volunteer and I do not work for, or represent, HP.
