  It depends a bit exactly what you want to do, but you can plan everything a powercli-script to remove the virtual desktop at a certain time.

  Another option that I usually prefer is to manage the rights with the ad groups.

  No, the two connection brokers should be replicas so its environment always only one.

  You can then use tags for pools to mark those which the broker must be used.

  You probably have a separate url, unless you have a smart queries as an F5.

• PC 6248: Obtaining DHCP address for incorrect subnet.

  I recently inherited a Dell PowerConnect 6248, which I am not familiar with, and I'm trying to use it as a switch Layer 3.

  I have a 10 of VLAN with a network 10.10.10.0/24 and 11 VLAN with an associated network of 10.10.11.0/24.

  When I statically assigned addresses on the clients on the ports configured for these VLANs. I can ping other subnets, and traffic is routed correctly.

  I also support IP configured in the world pointing to my DHCP server, and I installed the DHCP scopes for the associated networks VLAN 10 and 11.

  When I connect a device to a port configured with VLAN 10, I get a the network 10.10.10.0/24 DHCP address.

  However, when I connect a device to a port configured with VLAN 11, I receive a DHCP address also in the 10.10.10.0/24 when he should be in the 10.10.11.0/24 network.

  The VLAN, routes and extended DHCP appear to be properly set up everywhere. Yet once, when customers use statically assigned addresses their VLANs and adequate networks, traffic is routed normally. But I'm getting DHCP addresses for the incorrect subnet for clients connected to the local network VIRTUAL 11.

  Any help is greatly appreciated!

  Looks like you're real close how it works, we just miss something in the configuration.

  When you configure the port for VLAN 11, which command do you run? Once it is configured for that VLAN, we can confirm that by simply running a show on this interface command.

  It may be useful to see the configuration running on the whole, this will help us to look for any possible changes, we can offer you.

  If you could give us a screenshot or the decrease in the size of the DHCP scope settings, we can help those look too.

• DHCP server for debugging VPN clients

  We are DHCP configuration to a DHCP server for SSLVPN customers on our ASA 8.2 running, and it does not work yet.

  I set the DHCP server to the tunnel profile to use, set the scope of the network dhcp for the group - that seems to be all that is needed.

  Currently, the problem is I'm having trouble finding debug commands that provide detailed information on what is happening with DHCP queries.

  Debug only the DHCP-based controls seem to be:

  DHCPC Client DHCP information

  DHCPD dhcpd information, and
  dhcprelay DHCP Relay information

  Always recommended for some vCenters dedicated for VDI?  Have a client who did a major update to their environment vSphere.  The Service Bureau VDI group vCenters dedicated to run environments around the world.  VMware Eng team is on the fence.  I think its due to some vCenters more in the technical requirements of the vs environment or best practices.  Licensing is not a problem.

  Go to the Photoshop preferences, then on the performance tab.

  Here under history and Cache, please click 'Big and flat', restart Photoshop.

  Then try using the quick selection tool and let me know if it helps.

  After you restart the server, I rebooted services and then applications. Everything seemed normal, in environmental assessments are not the current process and I launched a new reestructure. It was fast as expected at the beginning and he finished properly. With this restructuring, the OTN file has disappeared and only my OTL remained as usual.

  the use of resource within a Cluster HA pools to Drs without DRS you can create pools of resource for single guests only.

  DRS is not necessary for reservations, the limits of virtual machines.

  I am currently in a dispute with my boss on which RAID should I use for the new servers ESX accommodation our VDI.

  He said that we should stick with RAID 5 coz the DELL engineers suggest RAID 10 is not good for VDI.

  But im stressing that we should go with RAID 10, since it offers better performance.

  Our servers have 8 x 10 k SAS 300 GB.

  Each server will host max 45 Windows XP VM with 20 GB of space.

  Any suggestions?

  I agree with the suggestions that have already been posted.  In our tests, our related clones are 80/20 in favor of writing so RAID 10 looks good for this.   Also, keep in mind what Andre said that traffic from replica would read.

  I find that when something goes wrong with a Redial (mistake or not) its usually because of something be messed up in the ADAM and composer DBs

  I use ADSI edit and check the virtual machine against what you see in Admin mode and clean the DB.
