Try without commitment TCP/IPv6:

If you still have internet connection probs, one thing to try is the separation of the TCP/IPv6 (which is done by going to network connection > right click > properties > it uncheck > OK.)

    Hi Brandon,.

What operating system do you use? (Windows 7, Vista, XP?)
You receive any type of error message when you try to connect?

You receive an internet connection when you connect with an Ethernet cable?
There are a few good troubleshooting in this thread. I suggest to look to see if it helps at all:
  • Unable to connect to my router wirelessly with Dell D410 running XP Pro using the pro/wireless 2915ABG card.

I got the latest drivers, downloaded the last utility connection for the wireless card config, then switched back to wireless zero configuration.  All to nothing does not.  I use a router Netgear MR814 with WEP, which works very well with all my other wireless devices.  Have checked and rechecked the WEP key to make sure it was OK. And I even disabled access on the router control.  Everything seems to be correctly set, but whenever I try to connect, it is not.  Someone at - it any other ideas?  It would be very grateful.

    Hello

    1. do you have this setup already worked successfully?
    2. have you made changes on the computer recently?
    3. do you get an error message?

Check to see if the problem exists in the boot. Configure the computer to start start clean and then 50-50 approach use to check, with which application, these files are associated with. Once you find the application I would ask you to uninstall and reinstall.

Note: When you are finished troubleshooting, follow the steps as explained in the article to reset the computer to start as usual.

We can also try to reinstall the WIRELESS drivers from the Dell website and check.

    I hope this helps.

  • Windows 7 wireless connection problem: unable to connect to my home network

    Hello

I just got a Dell laptop that is running Windows 7.  However, when I try to connect to my home network it impossible apperantly.  When I select "Troubleshoot Proplems" I get "Troubleshooting cannot identify the problem."

I also already checked the pit of the Wireless Device Manager device.  It is activated and works perfectly.

I know that the network is enabled and works because I'm typing this message on my desktop wireless capable of Windows XP.  In addition, my roommate is able to connect to the router and 'surf' the internet on their laptops.

Therefore, I must assume that this problem is due to something in Windows 7.

  • Re: Satellite L350 - unable to connect to my router

I wonder if anyone can help.

My portable Satelite L350 will connect to each wireless network, I met with the exception of my house. This is a Buffalo wireless router and other laptops will connect to it no problem, it seems that my laptop and router buffalo communicate with each other.

    Anyone got any suggestions?

    Hello

If you are looking for wireless networks in range you can see your Buffalo router?

Make sure you are using the same standard wireless to the router and the laptop, for example, 802.11 g or draft N.
On the laptop, you can check this in the properties of the card WLAN (Device Manager).

If you use Windows Vista, you must disable the functionality of the energy-saving WLAN card. You can find in power management.

Have you tried another laptop on your router? Maybe the router causing this problem and not the laptop

  • Satellite A300 - unable to connect to my router

    Hi all

I have a Satellite A300 and a Satellite A300D. Since a year im dealing with a problem and eat my heart. I have problems to connect to my router, for the moment I have a Netgear ADSL modem router wireless. When I am looking for a wireless network it seems to find the network, but when I want to connect I get the message network is no longer in the area.

The distance between my modem and laptops are 3 meters in an apartment, even when im sitting on my router :-) this is not not possible to connect to the wlan. Tried to connect without any wep/wpa encryption, no effect. Played with communication channels @ the properties of the wireless network adapter and the router, but this isn't a solution.

Before I got the Netgear, I had a Linksys / Sweex / Cisco pro / router Wlan from HP. I tried all brands of wlan, with all routers routers of this I had the same problem.

Frustrating him of is that I can connect to my neighbors without any problem, but not my own network.

Anyone having the same problem or know a solution?

Have you tried to update the WLAN driver on two laptops? You can find it on the Toshiba site and I would update the BIOS too:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

What operating system do you use? If you use Vista, you must disable the WLAN to save energy card. You can do it in Vista Power Options.

You use the same standard WiFi on your laptop as on the router? For example I mean project. G check this!

At the moment it is not easy to say what is the reason for this, but I hope that I could help you a little. :)

  • Unable to connect to my router satellite U505

I'm having a problem with my Wi - Fi connection. I got new service installed at my place, with a password, every time that I try to connect after entering the password and details my lap top can't connect.

My wife lap top is fine. My lap top connected successfully to all net Wi - Fi work in airports and hotels. I only have this problem in my house. Previously, I use to have the different internet provider and it was perfectly connected with no problem at all.

My lap top is Toshiba Satellite U505 model. I tried to use different browsers Google chrome, fire fox, Explorer same result. One more thing when I connect my laptop through the barbed wire to the same router it works fine.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    > I'm having this problem only in my house. Previously, I use to have the different internet provider and > it was perfectly connected with no problem at all.
There is no problem with your laptop if I understand correctly your Pentagon. I mean WIFI card work properly and described question isn't directly related question of Toshiba.

Of course, there is a problem with the settings of the router. You have now a new router?
Try disabling the WLAN security for a short period of time just to check if your laptop connects to the WIFI properly.

    Please post comments.

  • Unable to connect to my router wireless - Satellite A200

    Hello

The laptop connects to other unsecured sites and is ok hard wired to the router. I tried re enstating the router on the laptop but not joy.

Anyone got any ideas I can try?

    Thank you

    Hello

Are you sure you used the security code? Maybe do you a misspelling, so I would try to check it again.

  • Unable to connect encrypted wireless router.

    System:

    XP Professional version 2002 SP2.

    Intel wireless wifi link 4965AG.

    Here's my question:

At one point, the wireless router had no security encryption and I could access without worries.

In my absence router security has been formatted and now I can't access. Located keys and input for connection - no joy. Router error message is out of scope (showing full signal strength - I should mention that 3 others in my office can connect without a problem and I have no problem connecting to my home wireless with WEP encryption).

Open 'show the wireless connection' then open advance settings.

Click on 'general tab' and make sure that the IP address and DNS have the value 'Auto '.

Click on "wireless networks" and manually add the router. WPA2-personal network authentication and AES data encryption (this information has been lifted of my colleagues who has no problems PC connection). Therefore, I set up my PC as WPA - PSK (no option for WPA2-Personal) and AES and enter the correct key.

I checked the box 'automatically connect when range' and approved my way. Still no connection. Clicked on signal connect manually and get "Please wait...". "but nothing happens - no error either.

I tried any variation in the encryption of data and authentication and verified/double concievable checked the key but nothing helped.

    DOE anyone have ideas?

    See you soon.

The problem is that your network is WPA2 and your PC does not support WPA.

You must install Windows XP SP3, which adds support for WPA2.  See this article:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322389

  • Satellite L300 - unable to connect to my router

    Hi guys,.

I got this laptop a few days ago, everything works as it is supposed to be except for one thing, I try to connect to my wireless internet signal and it picks up the signal itself as a strong signal, but when I go to enter my WEP it never connects. I can't actually connect to the signal.

I have another laptop which I can easily connect to my wireless signal.

I have a wireless cable modem so it Wouldnat be my internet service,.

Someone at - it ideas? Purchase of an additional Wi - fi adapter would work instead of using the built in Wi - fi? Also, the laptop came with Vista Home Basic installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you guys.

    Hello

Can you connect to the router, if you disable WEP encryption?
In addition, WEP encryption is not safe and can be cracked in a few minutes, then you should choose another encryption WPA or WPA2.

In addition, I would recommend updating the driver WLAN. On the Toshiba site, you can find the most recent version.

What OS do you have? If you have Vista try disabling the WLAN card feature in Vista Power Management for energy savings.

    Good luck!

  • download problem 'Unable to connect to the server' iPad folio

Too, I'll have a problem displaying the folios in Adobe Content Viewer v32.

Other members of the team had trouble downloading the folio and received an error message "can not to connect to the server at this time...". "

    My diagnosis:

    1. I downloaded the folio to my iPad, no problem for me.

    2. their problems after update, so I've updated to v32. Then I started having the same problem.

The download should start, the status bar it would be 1/3 diameter, will be first to go back to 1/3, then get to the error.

3 think necessary v32 iOS8, took me to update that too. Same error message.

    4. I have read on this forum on the problems as those creating applications have been seen and the fix was on the server.

Thinking the folio was to be reissued to work with v32, I deleted republished folio to folio online, downloaded in the folio again, producer and then tried to download it. Same error message.

I'm out of ideas. The only solution I have is "no update". Looking for another solution.

The team continued to investigate the matter last weekend and have identified the root cause and strive to solve the problem. There is a potential delay which can be met with the largest networks of content and/or slower.

I don't an ETA have not yet but will keep you all.

  • driver problem, unable to connect to the internet

    Hello, I have an Asus x550la, 64-bit Windows 8.
When uninstalling unnecessary programs, I accidentally chose the Atheros Qualcomm program to uninstall, and during the uninstalation, I realized he was a driver and cancelled the uninstalation during the unisnstalling process. After that my internet never worked again, nor my ethernet, my connection says its stable, without has is limited, but it won't always connect to the internet. I've tried restalling this driver, update, and it never works. When I solved my connection problem he says this is a problem in the driver, and sometimes it is said that it is fixed. I don't really know what to do.
PS: my laptop is Japanese, but with the language and region, in English and already changed America but Japanese characters still appear in some facilities, but I can read Japanese. The thing is that I don't know if the problem of update is due to computer being compatible Japanese
