  I would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information to help us better understand the issue.

  1. What browser do you use? It's Google Chrome, internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox etc. ?
  2. Is there any setting enabled on the Proxy computer?
  3. You get an error code too?
  4. Your computer is connected to the domain?

  This error might cause due to internet settings or if the proxy setting is enabled.

  I suggest you follow the methods below and check the issue.

  Method 1: Disable the proxy

  If you use a proxy connection, then try to disable the proxy, then check if the problem persists.

  Follow the steps to disable the proxy:

  1. Press the Windows key + R key, opens the run window.
  2. Type inetcpl.cpl in the start search box, and then click on Ok. Opens the Internet Options window.
  3. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings
  4. Uncheck the Server Proxy use.
  5. Click on apply then Ok to save the changes.

  If the problem persists, follow method 2.

  Method 2:

  On the road, I often use an internet connection on my Samsung laptop using my iphone hotspot 5 by ATT.  I made no changes to the computer or the phone, but all of a sudden, the message is "unable to connect to the iphone.  ATT said there must be a problem with the computer, because it has a wi - fi strong signal sent to the PC when I turn on the hotspot connection.  When I'm at home, our wireless network connection works fine on my computer... Any suggestions... I need to connect while mobile!

  Hey everyone, for some reason when I use the hotspot tool on my 'about' section and previsualisez in a browser, the section "has words' opens in a new window I want. Previously, I don't have this problem. For example, all my pages have been linked to the master page, so whenever I opened the 'about' section it would remain on the same page.   I want to use the Hotspot glossary feature in my RoboHelp WebHelp project. However, I do not view the method used by RoboHelp to its Hotspots (basically, I love the concept of Hotspots, but I don't like RoboHelp execution of them). By default, in the generated output, the term is italicized and the definition appears (also in italics) in line with the text of the help page. Ugh.
  
  Can I set up my project to display the definition by using a window popup (or mouseover) and not online? Also, can I change the default text italicized to something else (playing with the file .css for the project maybe)?

  It is easy to change the look. You edit your style sheet. Click Format > Styles and look in the section on character styles.

  Hello... I see the warnings of FF on Hotspot Shield. In the last FF and HSS last, I see no problem of stability (18 months ago I wouldn't have said that). But then, there is still this warning.

  Is there a particular problem these days with allowing the HSS/plugin extension?

  Looks like it might get delivered with unwanted software and not following installation instructions. for use on Firefox. So it will be a case of use at your own risk.
