  You seem to have a problem with Webroot Spysweeper and one of their shields of access that is not a Microsoft application.  I have no idea what CVS is all about, but you can see the documentation of Webroot to disable the block... If you feel really confident in this CVS site:

  You can't turn it off, and if you could, you would lose all your messages eventually. You can have a file corruption, and I would advise to create a new identity.

  You may have a damaged identity especially if it's the default main identity. File | Identity | Add the new identity. Create a new one and try it. If all goes well, you can import your messages and address book from the old identity and delete it.

  Do not archive mail in default OE folders. It will eventually become corrupt and you may lose mail. Create your own folders defined by the user for mail storage and move your mail to them.   We have a few tables several process insert and then select at the same time. However, we could not less concerned if the data in these tables are lost (some temp, debug, trace and errors).

  These paintings are contributors of #1 to the size of the Oracle redo logs. I understand that NOLOGGING and / * + APPEND * / lock tables. This option does not work in my scenario.

  What are my options to disable the generation of log REDO for all Inserts / updates / deletes per table? I never set up a tablespace with No Logging option.

  I spent an hour yesterday on the phone with my ISP check it was their system, not a hardware problem with my modem or router.  I spend another 1/2 hour on the phone with Dell technical support.

  It turns out the issue was my DNS has been altered, and the only way to recover was to perform a restore of the system for 8/16.  Everything was going well after that... until Windows Update automatically ran last night, install the last two so-called critical updates. I don't know what is causing the problem, but my DNS was wiped out again, and I had again back 8/16 recovery point.

  I disabled Windows Update for the moment because I don't know how else to solve the problem; in the absence of any change to my system, I suspect it's updates are something to my DNS. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a better solution or another way to solve the issue that doesn't require me avoid all Windows updates in the foreseeable future? Is there a way to know if/when a later critical update solves the problem created by these?
