Disappointing creative cloud practice billing
Then, I use Adobe products since the beginning of the 1990s. My biggest complaints were initially how Acrobat versions broke out between them, then terrible Adobe installers. But now I have a new fave: creative cloud.
I had licensed CC for InDesign. I paid every month. I needed it for a client. Thus, my employer, which has a bunch of people who use individual accounts of CC, asked me if I could the farm so they could include me in a company-wide plan. I said of course.
So, I logged on, crossed the cancellation process and just after that I have clicked 'Cancel', I learned that I had to cancellation fees. Not cool. Had I been informed of this tax before I clicked, 'Cancel', I would have organized the swap with my employer to avoid charges.
I contacted the customer service. They could restore the account or delete fees.
Creative cloud is a horrible thing. Abysmal. Crooked. So, Adobe stole an extra $ 40 to me. So, you know what, it will cost Adobe more than that. I asked my employer does not add me the group plan. I will resume InDesign if I need on one thing for a month, rather than an ongoing thing. That meet my needs and allow me to recover more of the money that was stolen.

(Not a response from Adobe). I guess you got the ' annual paid monthly "(about $50) plan rather than the"monthly"plan ($70). Rights Adobe should charge for the whole year rest - but it seems as if they generously assumed you want the monthly plan and don't charge you the difference or if charge you a lot less than you be hired to. This seems very reasonable. If a warning about the tax would be a very good thing.

I tried to subscribe to the cloud for almost a month now and my trial versions are about to run out leaving me with many cleint projects in limbo. I still have CS6 (and 5 and 5.5 because I'm a bit paranoid about legacy issues) but most of the new projects I've been shooting on the new Sony 4 K codec that is only available on CC (not sure why they can offer a new codec in CS6 but that's another topic).
For some reason any, whenever I order creative cloud, I get this message: "we will consider the matter and get back to you you should get an email from us by next business day.» If you don't hear from us, you can check the status of your order on your account page or call us at + 1 800 - 585 - 0774'and whenever I get no response and the order does not appear in my account. I have lost almost six hours with tech support (my schedule rate I could have paid for the full Creative Suite for a year at the time of billing) and am not close to solving this problem than when he started. I placed the order on Chrome, Safari and Firefox, where it was a browser issue, but get the same message every time.
Beyond the fact that in a few days, my trial versions will expire and I have to explain to my clients that I can't finish their projects because I can't pay my fees, I am deeply concerned that, even if I can solve this problem as the billing issues magically as it arises in the future. Now, I have absolutely no confidence in ability to Adobe to provide Cloud services and am looking for options outside the Creative Suite for high productions of range. I know for the edition (FCP and Avid) options there but for motion graphics AE seems to be the best in my experience. I wouldn't spend after all the time and moving expenses to a video production workflow Adobe mainly over the past three years (not to mention plug-ins and third-party) but I need a reliable platform, and that cloud seems to evaporate much too easily.
Does anyone have an answer on how I can possibly get CC to work? If this isn't the case, anyone have any suggestions on other platforms which are comparible?

I struggled with space on my macbook pro. I'm a design student have so many documents and large files. I backed up my mac completely on a hard drive.
I will not restore my macbook again but as I went and signed in the creative cloud and icloud once wipe my macbook and restore. That a large number of files is missing from the creative cloud - practically anything I had there since March 2015.
Now I saw the panic because these files were extremely important. (I know I should of saved their separately as well, but I am a fool and does not)
I had been able to gain access to these on my laptop all the time but now I come to think that they had not even sync to my creative cloud online.
I know that its probably a long shot and impossible but there at - there no miracle to be able to get these files back at all?
Writing this for anyone who commits the same error!
Before wiping your laptop or before removing the cloud creative - DOUBLE CHECK there ACTUALLY SYNCHRONIZED YOUR FILES ON THE CREATIVE!
Managed to restore from my time machine backup of the files to my external hard drive, just had to show hidden files
It's under backups > Macintosh HD > users > [your name] > CreativeCloudFiles (CC will be greyed out)

I need to change the billing credit card but when I access my account with my Adobe ID, I can't find my billing anywhere information. I had a student member of creative cloud. Then my drive from my computer was full, so I uninstalled deeply all applications on my MacBook Pro retina.

I canceled my plan creative cloud, but still make me take days of billing, but do not have access to my creative cloud products.

I get a pop up everytime I open Photoshop or Illustrator or any other of my applications creative Cloud that says that I need to verify my billing information because there is a problem with the last payment, and this creative cloud will stop working if it is not dealt with. Well, I looked online and all credit card information seems fine so I clicked on change payment info and it says "thank you!" We have received your payment. "Well, if you then why he always keep counting the days until it stops? If everything on the credit card info seems well why did the payment not pass?

I did check the payment portal, Adobe could not obtain payment from your bank, it was held on 3 December, 10, 17, 24. 2013.
Please get in touch with the Bank to check the error, once done, contact Adobe at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6 in order to regularize the subscription after update of the payment.

My billing address changes and before I made the update my profile, I think that a creative cloud Bill was not paid. I think that this has led to photoshop won't start do not. I fixed the billing address, so do I need to do anything to get the Bill paid and get all synchronized to the top?
