Discourteous interruption of the sessions of the computer

Why Microsoft must barge, as a tyrant, without request, and my computer restarted my computer to install "updates" of doubtful results?

Here's a way to uninstall updates and change your update settings:

Click Start > right click on computer > properties > Windows updates down the lower left corner > updates installed in the lower left corner in the next window

> then click the one that you don't want > uninstall will appear at the top > uninstall it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In addition, on the page where you clicked "Installed updates", click on change settings at the top left corner it
> Change update settings in the next page of AutoUpdate to "check for updates but let me choose etc" > OK ".
When you take a look at pending updates, you can either download/install one at a time.
> or if you do not need an individual > right-click on > UAC prompt > hide it
See you soon.
  • Interruption of the USB connection when restarting a computer
    When the computer restarts, two USB DAQ devices are not visible in LV or MAX.
    To get these devices (USB-6210 and cDAQ 9211 with single chassis USB) for you sign up, I need to disconnect and reconnect the.
    Is there a way to get the LV to see devices without physically breaking and the USB connection?
    Carmen,
    It is a problem that we have seen previously, mainly when the OS loads, all the material is detected. In some cases USB devices are detected, but the BONE did not complete its driver loading process, causing a race condition. You are able to recover only when supply you either cycle the USB device or disconnect and reconnect the device.
    I had read the following article which explains how to force windows to delete and detect a USB device.
    Hello
    Use the last known good Configuration tool to restore the operation of Windows XP
    If Windows does not start, try to restore operation of Windows XP by using the last known good configuration. To do this, follow these steps:
    a. start the computer and press the key F8 when Windows begins to start. The Windows Advanced Options menu is displayed.
    b. use the ARROW keys to select last known good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked), and then click OK.
    c. If a boot menu appears, use the ARROW keys to select Microsoft Windows XP, and then click OK
    Windows XP starts your computer by using the registry information that were recorded at the close of the last.
  • cannot open a session - tried to remove the computer from a domain
    XP pro SP3-
    My computer was an area where I logged on using a card chip.  I remove the computer from the domain and use it at home.  In the network dialog box, I changed from one domain to a home network and restarted by fashion.  Now, it's starting to use CTRL-ALT-DELETE, then a username and password that I did not and I do not have the opportunity to specify a field or use the smart card.  Blanks do not work.
    I want to undo what I've done and join the field, I can use the smart card and unlock the computer.  Any ideas how I can do this?  I can not use safe mode or get to the command prompt.
    Thanks JW
    I went hat in hand for people to support admin area and after going through a long list of their combinations of name/pw super secret they have finally found one that worked and were able to reconnect to the field.
    I intend to set up a new user with local newspaper on but all first I have to work around security policies when they me reconnected to the field.  I plan to permanently remove this computer from their LAN, who has started all this in the first place.  Pain in the neck for policy all number, disables USB (kill all external drives, including the optics I) etc.  I can fix it everything that it (still) was not aware of this bump on the road when I tried to switch on my home network.
  • start the computer as an administrator, should close the session and start that me. This happens to be annoying. Any ideas?
    occurs each time you start
    Click Start > run , type control userpasswords2 in the box, and then click OK .  Put a check mark in the box, users must enter a user name and password to use this computer , and then click OK.  Restart the computer.
  • Installation of Vista on the new hard drive was interrupted, and now I can not start the computer
    So I decided that I need a bigger hard drive. I got a 500 GB hard drive, so I have it PLOPPED in my Acer Aspire 5517 with my vista boot drive, turned on and began to go through the process. Once he got to the phase 'installation complete' it seems to take a while, so I let it run all night. Once I got up, it was on a black screen with the mouse, I let stand a few more minutes but still nothing. I turned off and started it expects to find to return at the beginning of the installation, but instead he began to start from what is on the hard drive at this time. It got to the screen with the loading bar and the sign 'Microsoft Corporation'. The loading bar was very frigidity and stopped and started randomly. I let it do this while I went to school, but when I got home, it was always the same loading screen. I rebooted and tried to start in safe mode, but when I do it it stops at crcdisk.sys, and never forwarded charges. I tried to do the reset thing factory start it but that doesn't seem to work. My other puny hard drive still works, but the other does not. I searched the internet but have not seen any other problem like it. I want to just start completely clean of my new 500 GB. Please help!
    Hi James,
    1. What is the number of brand and model of the hard disk of 500 GB?
    2. How did the 500 GB hard drive connected to the computer? It is external or internal?
    To troubleshoot the unable to start the issue to cause corrupted driver, some files that can not be loaded during the startup process must be fixed or restored. So, let's check the disk by using the Windows Recovery Console.
    (a) put the Windows Vista installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
    (b) press a key when the message "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD ".
    (c) select a language, a time, a currency and a keyboard or another input method, and then click Next.
    (d) click on repair your computer.
    (e) (click on the operating system you want to repair), and then click Next.
    (f) in the System Recovery Options dialog box, click command prompt. Type chkdsk c:/f to try to correct the errors.
    (g) Note: answer them when chkdsk asks you if you want to check the disk next boot Vista
    (h) after the recording of the disc, and then run sfc/scannow to check the corruption of system files.
    Important: when running chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data may be lost.
    Check out TechNet help links and check if that helps:
    The computer starts stops at crcdisk.sys
    Help! Vista won't start... (crcdisk.sys)
    Let us know the status of the issue. If you need help, please after return. We will be happy to help you.
  • Windows vista installation interrupted, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation
    I was doing a reformat of the factory for windows vista on the laptop of my son (packard bell EasyNote LJ 65) when the battery is dead and the computer turned off. When I started it back up it gives the message: the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows Setup cannot continue. To install Windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.
    Everything I try, I get no further than this message, I don't know where to go to continue the installation. The computer does not see that the installation was not completed. I tried to enter the menu with F9 where I had to do the reformatting of the factory of windows but it will not give me the option to continue installation, it shows just the vista Windows, but when I click brings back me to the error message
  • Failure of a registry file - cannot restart the computer.
    Hello. So first of all I wanted to say that I am not an expert, but I think I've had more than my share of problems with my computer. Problems not only to get a virus, but questions of crazy system that I have no idea how they occur, or really correct.
    I have an Inspiron 1545, Vista service pack 2, 32-bit.
    In any case, I have some of my favorites showed it to my sister and I had a bunch of tabs open and Internet Explore was not load the pages to the right, it has happened and I just restart and it works again. I thought that if I manually restarted the computer, IE would my session was interrupted and when I opened it again it would open all my tabs unless I have to go find them and open them myself. I know that you are not supposed to turn off manually when you can actually go and press restart technially menu, but I did anyway... Well apparently, it was a big mistake.
    Now my computer does not restart properly. It gives me the option to restart normally, but when I hit, it indicates the green status bar briefly and then goes black and is sitting there, I did not leave very long sit, but I guess that it does not load. Then the other option is allocated to the repair of the system. He says "research issues" and "this may take a few minutes" and just, it scans and analysis, I have let it go a little over half an hour and it did nothing. I guess that he won't do anything if it does nothing in the first ten minutes. Then I hit Cancel and freezes the status on the scan and I manually restart and the same things happen. I press F8 and tried to go into safe mode and it loades among requirments system and then it's again once I didn't let it sit long, since I think that it won't work in all cases.
    I went to the System Center restoration and tried again to repair the system and the same thing... nothing happens. I tried to use a restore point, and to a point that one reason is cited even if I just made a couple months ago. In any case, it is said that since I was in a State of limited system may not perform correctly, I would in a higher State, but I can't have one. It also gives rose the failure of a registry file error and then code them (0x8007045D).
    I also tried to run the Pre Boot Assesment and he did the first part of the analysis (I don't have the rest) and it gave me this error - hard drive 0 (2000-0146)
    I read a little on the way to try to solve this problem online. I think if I can boot into safe mode with command prompt, I can run diskcheck and maybe it will fix what's wrong, but I have not tried yet, I tell myself that it won't work because I can't with regular safe mode. I also read something about starting in the Vista disc, but I don't really know what that means.
    My main fear is that I'll lose my stuff. I supported a few months ago, but I take a lot of pictures and I have not in the past months registered and they are very important to me. I'm afraid to lose. I don't know if it's something that I can fix it or if I should try a friend, or just take my computer somewhere.
    I hope no one will offer you is a hard drive problems and suggest you get a new, becaue some time ago I had some weird problem I couldn't fix it under warranty, I had the hard drive replaced and it did not fix the issue and I am not under warranty any more.
    So, can someone please help me? Thank you!
    Hello
    You can repair the system from the installation disc. It will replace the corrupted Windows operating system files.
    I suggest you to go through the steps mentioned in the link and the Coachman.
  • The best words can't be removed permanently. He must have installed a hidden file that creates the add on every time the computer is started.
    I inadvertently allowed the best words to add to install for Firefox. It's annoying adds and sometimes links to malware. It can be disabled or removed from a session and become non-functional after you restart Firefox, but whenever the computer is started, it reappears. I guess it must be a file hidden somewhere that re - installs the add-in on each time the computer is started. Does anyone know how to permanently delete it?
    Press in and hold the value 0 (zero) button and at the same time, press the button power once to turn on your laptop.
    Starting the machine beep. release the 0 key.
    Select Restore to out-of-box state. Click Next again. Click next to start the recovery
    If it is not possible that this means that the master boot record is too bad and you have to reinstall windows again.
