  The new drive HARD would not be partitioned and contain all the data!
  After replacing HARD drive, you must use the recovery disk in order to install the system, the drivers, tools and for the partitioned HARD drive.

  Did you create a recovery disk in the past?

But reader isnot DVD from Toshiba to work at all (it was never work in my laptop) so I'll have to boot and install the new system of USB.

  As far as I know that something like this is not possible. In the latest Toshiba offered that option for several models of business only. With special HARD drive adapter, it was possible to do.

  On your Satellite A200, something like this is not an option.

  I have a Satellite A60-672 and his original 40 GB drive is dead. I got a Seagate 80 GB HDD as a replacement, but after it is inserted, it does not show in the BIOS.   It is very easy to swap the HDD on Satellite 1900. At the bottom you will see the HDD cover (near battery) fixed with two screws. Remove them and the HARD drive can be removed. If I remember correctly, the HARD drive is on this cover but replacement is not complicated.
