Display HP 500 MT b screen resolution
Display resolution of the screen does not stay at zoom 150 more. It keeps coming back to a small font size 100 zoom. I've already updated the drivers.
I have tried these things.
How can I get my screen resolution to stay in a 150 police? It keeps zooming to 100 whenever I Browse. I downloaded the update video drivers (who doesn't), I tried Panel & alt + v I have Windows 7 Professional on a HP 500 b Mt. thanks.
It will be used by default once you navigate away from the page that you put the zoom on.
- In Internet Explorer, click on Tools and then click Internet Options.
- On the general tab, click accessibility.
- Select Ignore colors specified on Web pages, ignore styles specified on Web pages policeand checkboxes ignore sizes police specified on Web pages and then click OK twice.
See step 2: Customize the police, the size or color of any element of Windows
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310543
And, finally, this involves editing the registry. Don't forget Windows registry backup before making changes:
Back up the registry
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/back-up-the-registry
Open Regedit and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Explorer\Zoom.
In the right pane is a list for ZoomFactor.
Double-click it and click on the button next to Decimal.
Change the value of 100000 to 150000, click OK and exit Regedit.
Now whenever you open IE, it should be zoomed about 150%. This will also zoom all new tabs open.

Lock screen resolution does not display the correct image size
original title: lock the resolution of the screen and graphics
It's not just me, but I have problems with my lock screen. Any image I use the image is the right size and color aren't (almost like a filter of Sarcelles is imposed).
My native screen resolution is 5760 x 1080. I tried for some screen resolutions, both the original and the current. Even the original will not display correctly.
Ideas?
Well, well, well. After you disable the lock for a while screen, today I decided to re-activated it. I love nail polish it gives for WIn8 only that my plan was to use a solid color.
Imagine my surprise when applied wallpaper appears with the correct aspect ratio.
Even more surprised that it allows me to use ANY wallpaper now and they look all perfect; 16:9, ultra wide-angle (surround), it does not matter. Everyone is properly rendered to the screen.
If anyone from MS is reading this, thank you. I know how Visual, aesthetic items will fall to the bottom of the to do list due to the perception of someone, they are trivial and not important.
You took the time actually solve this little problem. I am amazed, that perhaps MS really takes a step to circulate better over time. Really looking forward to what is to come!

Desktop display screen resolution
Hello
Are there really no other way to change the screen resolution of one client Office VDI other than of change on the Local computer, and then connect to the VDI? We have mobile users from one machine to the other, and some of them are complaining about the resolution of the screen, then is it possible to keep the resolution that a user sets on the VDI and move it from one PC to another computer running view of course?
Any help would be welcome!
Thank you
IIRC, the Windows 4.0 client should have an option in the drop-down list box display of the selector of the Bureau for "custom...". "where they can set a custom resolution.

Re: Satellite Pro L300 - screen resolution maximum?
I just bought an external monitor for my L300. The screen resolution is 1920 x 1080, but the maximum available on my L300 is 1280 x 800. The utility Service Station tells me that all my drivers are up to date - is there a way I can increase the graphics resolution? Any suggestions much appreciated!
Details: Running Windows 7 Pro SP1 on a satellite Pro L300 PSLB9A - 02K 002
Hi PeterSouthon,
Need to unlock the other screen resolutions. Simply uncheck the option Hide modes that this monitor cannot display as you can see on [THIS | http://blog.wildvista.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Lightroom_hide_modes-340x400.png] photo.
After unchecking this box, you should be able to use the native screen resolution of your external display.

Tecra S4: Screen Resolution only shows max 1024 x 768
Hello
my laptop is a Tecra S4, Windows XP sp2 and a Nvidia Quadro NVS110M like a graphics card.
While the technical specification shows the max 1400 x 1050 with internal toshiba LCD screen resolution, windows xp displays that 1024 x 768 as max screen.
I've updated the drivers from the Toshiba site, but I can not yet move beyond 1024 x 768.
How can I unlock other resolutions?
Thank you

NB200 - can't change screen resolution
Hi, I have a strange problem with a netbook NB200.
The screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768 with the lowest resolution to be together is 800 x 600 as a result no parameter displays correctly on the netbook screen and the Start button, taskbar, etc are missing.
The native resolution for this machine must be 1024 x 600 - however, it is not available in the list of troubleshooting steps that can be chosen.
Here are the steps that have been taken so far;
(1) to restore the machine to resolution of parameters - the parameters of origin of wiping machine - factory defaults to 1024 x 768
(2) load the latest version of the BIOS just to see if the BIOS had an impact - don't think it would, but I tried anyway.
(3) the adapter graphic to uninstall and reinstall the Toshiba europe site (intel 945 mobile (r) express chipset)
Graphic adapter installed okay more low resolution is 800 x 600 and 1024 x 600 option is not available.
4) noted that the default monitor is still listed as "digital flat panel 1024 x 768".At present, the only way to use it is with an external monitor.
For now it doesn't help as a netbook - someone has any ideas to try because I am running out of ideas with this one.
Thanks for your help.
Hi foxpc123,
All that you have done is correct and you have tried everything, but if the factory settings doesn't help reset and screen resolution is automatically 1024 x 768, again, he must a serious malfunction of equipment. I can imagine something with the graphics card itself is not okay and so the monitor properties can t be detected correctly.
You need to contact a service provider authorized in your country. Guys can check the equipment and replace it. I put t know how old is your notebook and if it s under warranty, but the warranty repair material is free. This means that technicians can fix that for free, but if not, you will have to pay for the repair.
So the easiest way is you contact with the guys and talk to them. I m that you can clarify this with the technicians. ;)

Satellite L650: Is it possible to get the higher screen resolution?
L650-1CH 15.6 ", 1366 x 768.
ATI HD5650 1 GBPassionate about hardware, so please don't feel expected excessive things for me.
Is it possible to get a screen resolution higher than stock, or better with the color / contrast?
I was always annoyed how to wash the stock on my watched Toshiba screen. Recently the screen is cracked, so I figure now is the best time to look at the options.
Google gave me very little information so far. I checked prices on replacement of the screen, with the part about being 60 and part + service with an average of 120, but that most likely leaves me with the same or lower screen quality.
I hope to find something more suited to the movies / games and in 1600 x 900 if possible.
Indications as to where I should start my search?
Hello
> Is it possible to get a screen resolution higher than stock, or better with the color / contrast?
Yes, this should be possible since the graphics card should support a higher resolution. The laptop supports display TFT 15.6 "(HD).
You certainly have the same screen size.Found some spare parts to the page + + pchub.com

Re: Tecra M5 - cannot use the native screen resolution of my external monito
Hi, I have a Tecra M5 and just bought a BenQ G2220HD monitor. However, I can't display the native resolution of 1920 x 1080. I guess it's a problem with my video card.
If so, can anyone please suggest what video card, I need to buy?

Hello!
I checked the manual of your laptop (it can be downloaded from the Toshiba site) and it seems that the resolution 1920 x 1080 is not taken in charge.
Here is the list of manual of the supported screen resolutions:
640 x 480
800 x 600
1024 x 768
1280 x 1024
1600 x 1200
1920 x 1440
2048 x 1536I think that should answer your question ;)
And as Akuma says the graphics card can t be exchanged because it s soldered onto the motherboard. In the area of the FAQ in the forum, I founded this interesting article:

Satellite A200-1AX: Win7 has very limited screen resolution
?:| Can someone help me please?
I have a SCREEN RESOLUTION (1280 x 800) after that I went to w7, before I can get about 1600 x 1280 when I was in very limited vista. I lost my vista recovery disk so I decided to go with w7, but after that I did some installations/updates to update for all my drivers again my screen resolution gives me the size 1280 x 800 maximum.
Anyone? Please? I need your suggestions...-J' have a Satellite A200 1AX (recently moved from vista to w7)
-Screen: 15.4 "
-My graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD2600.
-I just downloaded the latest driver from ATI.Please tell me what I'll do.
Thanks in advance guys...: D
Jeje> Until I can get around 1600 x 1280 when I was in vista
I can't believe that why?
Because the screen internal 15.4 "WIDE XGA supports a maximum resolution of 1280 x 800.
Max which is possible on the internal display, and as a result, you will not be able to choose a higher resolution on the internal display. The resolution of the external display may be higher but not the resolution of the screen internal.

Satellite L500-1WP - higher screen resolution than HD?
Nice day!
I use Toshiba Satellite L500-1WP. I bought a new monitor Dell U2711 with max resolution 2560 x 1440. I tried to connect this monitor to my computer using a HDMI cable, the video card identifies the monitor as a HDTV and made max resolution 1920 x 1080 possible.
Is it possible to do these 2 works as well as the resolution, I need (2560 x 1440), or I have to buy a new computer with DVI-d port?
Hey Buddy,
You should check the user manual here, I founded an information that the computer can display up to 2048 horizontal and 1536 vertical pixels at up to 16 million colors.
So for me, it looks like you can use the native screen resolution of your external display t but normally 1080 p should be pretty good. :)

Satellite U200 - 1920x1080@64Hz on the external LCD screen resolution problem
I am the owner of a SATELLITE U200 and I would use it with an external LCD display.
The external monitor supports up to 1920x1080@64Hz.
When I select the 1920x1080@64Hz option in the properties of the screen, I get an image enlarged and out of range of the scale. However, by selecting 1400x1050@60Hz seems to work very well.
My question is: is there anyway I can get the 1920x1080@64Hz option working properly?

It s nice that your monitor supports the screen resolution 1920 x 1080, but you should check your owner's manual.
On page B-4, you will find a list of the supported screen resolution and I must say that the resolution 1920 x 1080 is not taken in charge.
You can select 1920 x 1440 but not 1920 x 1080.Sorry, but the material doesn't supports his screen resolution.
