  I have several USB thumb drives, some of them do not work when I plug them in while others work very well. By experimenting, I reduced the problem with the 64-bit Version Windows. All of these USB keys works well in my other computers that have 32-bit installed and also even computer with the 32-bit version installed on different hard drive. All of these thumdrives are detected immediately and works without a problem. The 64-bit version, I have uninstalles and reinstalled readers, drivers updated for readers and controllers USB chipset, reasigning letter drive without a resolution of the problem.

  It is interesting to know that this problem only occurs with some discs that I (like Ativa 4 GB, 4 GB generic and Verbatim 4 GB).   I recently bought a new HP Pavilion laptop and updated to 8.1 windows not long after the purchase.  I tried to install my Officejet Pro L7680 all-in-one today and not failed on each attempt.  The driver/software will download but when I try to install the software I get a message of "specified file not found."  I called HP and spoke to a representative who informed me that my printer was too old and that it was not compatible with Windows 8.1 System.  He said there was no update available for my printer and basically I have to buy a new printer.  Wrong answer!

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I saw your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook 15-n010tx and the problem with drivers for Bluetooth and Windows 10. Here istroubleshooting when drivers are not yet available.

  Have you tried to update the currently installed driver in Device Manager?

  In Device Manager try to select search for new hardware.

  Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant, if you need it. It has a support assistant inside the wireless network which may help you.

  The updated drivers will be posted as available. We see them regularly updated. I would check with your drivers page.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
