I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code. Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Where can I find the upgrade for Lightroom 6 if we are not on the creative cloud?

Since the upgrade to Windows 10 and despite reinstall it Lightroom. Lightroom from the Creative clouds simply crashes. I have now reached the point that I can't export and only works on 1 image at a time and constantly keep opening and closing of the software

Please go the Edit option in the library Module, then go in the preferences.
Go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.
Restart lightroom, and see if Lightroom works.

How to remove the creative cloud after InDesign, Photoshop, installation etc.

I hope someone can help because I don't know that there is a problem in other managed environments.
We have subscription to the entire suite licenses Adobe CC. We use package manager to create individual packages and then use a platform of software distribution to install the software on the computers of the users. Yes, old school...
The problem is that the creative cloud cannot be turned off during the packaging process. The option is grayed out. I read somewhere that in the subscription license model, you cannot uncheck this! ?? ! ! ? ! ?? ! ! ! ? Which for me is not clear the need for it.
The solution is of course, uninstall this piece of software at the end.
Unfortunately, the problem is that there is no way to do it silently, and the user is presented with a command prompt. We have a few hacks and run monitoring scripts are going to click OK in the prompt that is simply absurd.
Does anyone else have this problem?

For this type of environment, we offer the Adobe Creative cloud for the company in which you can uncheck the creative cloud office and use a workflow license serial number for Adobe CC license package.

20141 app updates appearing does not in the creative clouds

Not all 2014,1 updates App appeared in my creative Application of cloud: only Dreamweaver 20141 and Edge animate 20141 presented themselves. I have installed the update for the creative application of cloud, restarted the app without success. I quit and relaunch the application. They appear.

I am Member creative cloud with a subscription studying for the adobe programs. I just got a new computer and when I downloaded photoshop it said I was using a 30 day subscription and then invite you to purchase the program. Why it does not recognize that I am a member with access to the program.

Typekit fonts do not work and can not see the creative cloud after login (white screen)

I spent all day on this. The file I'm working on using typekit fonts. These are like missing in inDesign. When I connect creative cloud using the small icon at the top of the screen, it opens a session, and then turns off.
Here's what I did:
-tried to remove the OOBE file, rename the OOBE file, rename the database file. It is said to close creative cloud, but I can't do this because it's a blank screen, so I stopped using the activity monitor.
-tried to connect to adobe to see if I had strange characters in my account. Nothing does that my name and email. My connection has an @ in it, because it is an email address, but this is the only character that I can see.
-J' I updated my system, thinking maybe that was the problem (now on El Capitan 10.11.2)
-As soon as I log in, I just get the blank screen every time.
-J' tried to uninstall creative cloud, but it says that it can't uninstall because there are Cloud Creative applications on my computer in need.
Meanwhile, I have a deadline and cannot do my job without fonts. What should I do?

Thanks - I went and got the installer for cloud creative yesterday and reinstalled, and now it works fine, so I guess I'm good for now. Don't know what, however caused.

I bought the "CC student and teacher edition (one year)" last August and I did not know that it automatically renewed, as I'm no longer at the University, I don't need Photoshop and I cannot afford to pay for it. I read that you can cancel within 14 days, it automatically renewed on 22 August, so please can someone help me as soon as POSSIBLE.

Please, try the following steps:
- Log out of the desktop application Adobe Creative Cloud (connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications)
- Browse to the location: / Library/Application Support/Adobe
- Rename the folder 'SLStore' to 'SLStore_old '.
- Rename the folder 'SLCache' to 'SLCache_old '.
- Connect to the desktop application Adobe CC and launch the Photoshop application.
