  Hey,.

  The store told me that 15 of my apps need updates (just the pre-installed applications) so when I try, click on install and update applications and select all, a small animation with 5 points is displayed at the top of the interface, but nothing seems to happen. Someone at - it insight, ideas, or suggestions on how I might remedy other that go into an Apple store or do a factory reset on the iPod? Does anyone know if the factory reset would even work?
