Do NOT want to renew my membership creative cloud, where can I cancel?
Hello people,
I have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, which will complement a year this week. I have not use the desktop for at least the past 5 months software and do not wish to continue with the membership because I have no more to. My next payment is scheduled on 23/06/2014.
I can't find the option "Cancel" in the details of the plan member as mentioned in cancel your subscription or membership. Creative cloud under * to cancel your membership in the last month (12 months), follow the steps in the below. * in the section "cancel a subscription from month to month."
Could someone kindly guide me to the right place, or if someone from Adobe could cancel my CC membership, I'll be very grateful to you.

520893309 is the refund confirmation number.
Cancelled & terminated the CC also.

No, you would not be able to start them because they require an active subscription to work.

How is it, I can't Adobe Story as part of my membership 'creative cloud!
I was promised "all the creative programs" & there are already limits / - typical problems.
Should it not be corrected, I don't bother renewing my membership at the end of my "annual subscription".

That I need to activate my membership creative cloud on my second computer but I get a message telling me that I have already installed on 2 computers, which I did not, and the only option it gives me is to uninstall all of my computers, I am reluctant to do because it works on my main computer (MacBook Pro) and I don't want to ruin that. How to install on my desktop (iMac) counter without uninstalling on my another computer first? My subscription tell me I can have it installed on 2 computers!
that option is not to uninstall, it is disconnected.
Click Yes and disconnect all others. then you can connect on the one you want.
and when you start a program adobe on your other program will give you the option to connect.

Yes. Help, please. I want to download Lightroom CC (preferably version 6). It does not appear in my list of creative cloud. I've been a CC member since it was started. (The photographic version which SHOULD include Photoshop AND Lightroom). I have the stand-alone versions of 6 Photoshop and Lightroom already installed 5 too!

I want to terminate my account creative cloud.
Last Sunday I bought a creative cloud account, I paid for it, downloaded and when I tried to install it, it worked on. I don't know what's going on with her and I have not found an answer for my problem online.
