Document stuck in the print queue (from Windows 7 32 bit via wi - fi to Pro P1102w)

When I try to print from Windows 7 (32 bit) via the wi fi on HP Pro P1102w documents appears to repopulate the queue permanently / print spooler; multiple copies keep coming only one request; document difficult to undo queue (you need to turn off printer). Analysis of safety (MSE) shows zero, HP diagnostics shows zero (works very well.).  New printer, not happy .  Any help much appreciated.

Try to disable enable bidirectional support under properties/Ports.

Please help - I need to make some impression and have a statement stuck in the print queue.  I tried delete several times, turned off my pc and the printer and turn it back on but without success - the document is still there.  How can I remove this document?

    Hello

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  • Document stuck in the print queue?

I have a HP Deskjet 3055 A printer that I bought last year. Apart from the fact that it is supposed to work wireless and is THEREFORE not (grrr), it was OK. However, two days ago it stopped printing even if it is connected via USB. In looking at the print queue, it seems that a document my daughter wanted to print to work at home is still sitting there--I tried to cancel but the * beep * thing is just wrong and I think it caused a complete shutdown. I tried to unplug, re - connect, restart the pc, pick up the printer and shaking through, printer dangling out the window on his own body and shouting death threats and finally to chew my own arm out of rage, but so far nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas or experiences that can help? I would be very grateful.

    Do it manually:

Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK) and type the following text in the black command prompt window.  Press ENTER after each line.

    1. net stop spooler
    2. del "% windir%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.*" [Y when prompted type]
    3. net start spooler
    4. output

If you get an error, please report the full error message without paraphrase.  "Could not complete due to a runtime error" is not useful.

  • When I try to print, the queue varies from 0 document (s) in the printer queue: error

    * Original title: printer: error

    Overview:

I have a Dell 560 which has Windows 7 64 bit is installed.  My printer is an old HP Officejet v40xi.  Have had two e connected by a USB cable for 3 years.

    Location:

I ran out of ink.  I had not been printing a lot, so I did not fill the cartridges for several weeks.  I had a bright idea to reinstall the printer software for the printing/tool box I used on another computer.  I wanted to do a scan.

I deleted the software and tried to download the software again.  The disk could not be downloaded on Windows 7 64 bit.  So I got the software from the HP site.

When I try to print, the queue varies from 0 document (s) in the printer queue: error.  I reloaded the software twice, I put on a new USB cable and I changed the port.  I still get the same message.  Troubleshhot Windows printer also, indicates that it cannot determine the problem.  I went to HP and did not find any help.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

  • Printing problems with XP and Lexmark-documents are just stuck in the print queue

Original title: printing problems with XP and Lexmark

Until yesterday, I was able to print OK using Windows XP and a Lexmark Printer series 3500-4500 with wireless capabilities.  Reported network test wireless (on printer) and report indicates that there are no reported problem, also did the diagnostic test and which shows no problem either.  I can't print and documents are just stuck in the print queue - please can someone help, it drives me crazy because it's probably a very simple solution.

I guess you do not have all of the error messages.

It is possible that comes to mind that your printer has received a new IP address of your router (this could easily happen if you have several computers and other devices that connect to your wireless network).

Find the IP address of the printer of his network diagnostic page.
Click Start > printers and faxes, right-click the printer and select Properties
Select the Ports tab, then click on the button "Configure Port" (be careful NOT to click anywhere in the list of ports)
Make sure that the IP address in 'Port settings' is identical to that shown on the diagnosis of your network printer page.

To avoid this problem in the future, you must configure the printer to have a static IP address.  See your printer User Guide for instructions.

Choose an appropriate subnet address (i.e., has the first 3 groups of numbers the same as the other addresses in your network) but who is not in the range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server on your router.  See the User Guide of your router for more details.

  • Manually clear the print queue in Windows 8

Sometimes, when you go to print, it may get stuck in the queue. This may be due to several problems such as communication lag or a mistake. Ultimately the print job can print, however, there are cases where the print job is and as it is at the top of the list of the other documents are printed is no longer.

Is there a way to manually clean the print queue, so that you can ensure that no print jobs are following other print jobs. The video below will show you how to manually clear the print queue in Windows 8.

I hope that the video turns out to be useful.

Now if the print job is in the queue, or is 'stuck' may have another issue at hand. Here are two articles with troubleshooting on the resolution of the print jobs that are stuck in the print queue. If anyone has problems or questions feel free to post them below.

  • Documents get stuck in the printer queue and I have to restart so that they print

often, when I try to print a document or web page, or anything, the document will get stuck in the queue for the printer.  the printer will tell me 1 post pending but nothing prints.  I have to restart my computer to print the document.

No answers so I'll try to help. I don't have a printer for many years. A practical tool, I used to use repeatedly put my printer icon on my desktop or in the taskbar. Try it! Go to Control Panel, open Printers and faxes, right click on your printer and choose Create shortcut and click Yes. Once on your desktop then drag it to the taskbar when you have a page open it will be more accessible. Open it and click on the printer and click Cancel all documents. From what I remember when the print queue of the printer is over load it won't print and clicking on cancel all documents throws to the queue. Check the menu options to set your preferences. I hope this helps!

  • Print jobs from any program in sandbox stuck in the print queue

    HP F2180 all-in-One

    No error message

From OS to install native printer driver driver HP

Do not remember if the problem exists with the native driver.

Problems with MSIE8 and Firefox 8.0

A search does not show this issue has been addressed in other positions, dealing with queue/spooler problems: my problem is specific to the time MSIE8 and Firefox 8.0, only.  When I launched a print of one of these browsers, it gets stuck.  When I continue to send, all jobs will accumulate in the queue.  Can I remove the bottom of the list to the top, but remains the last job.

I have the driver set to give a preview before printing (this print preview works normally with word processing programs, such as Notepad, WordPad, etc.), but after printing with a browser, the progress bar showing that prints the document appears, then disappears... and, further, nothing happens.

I can get the last task in the queue with several tests on the Windows printer troubleshooting.  Also, I can get the preview before print the stuck document to show if I opened, for example, WordPad, type a few characters in there, then click on print.

When you print a page from WordPad, pasted from the preview browser now normally work.  So if I hit Cancel for that, then will appear a preview before printing to the WordPad document, and then I cancel that as well.

How can it be specific times of my browsers, but other programs are functioning normally?  And print from another program dislodges the stuck job?  If it was a browser or another, it would be different, but both at the same time...?

[edit] It was later discovered that any program that runs under sandbox protection would fail print normally.  Even an editor of simple text exposed the problem. However, other users of the same software protection, do not experience this problem. [exit]

It was necessary to return to an image at the beginning of the operating system partition, taken before the long HP software installed.  All the installation customization operating system and program after that time was, of course lost and must be redone.

After that, the printer has failed and was replaced.

The new printer is fully functional, both for printing and scanning, just boot into the operating system and plug in the USB cable.  After a few seconds, a message '' printer recognized '' appears on the screen - and nothing is more to do.

It is with a dual-boot in LinuxMint, thanks to the excellent support from the division of the HP printer for a number of GNU/Linux distributions.

Windows 7 will probably have a native print media, but if scanning support is absent, I do not intend to reinstall the HP software long, but instead of it just run Linux for all printing and scanning support and return to Windows as needed.

Furthermore, installing Linux shows ink levels, and I don't think that the base HP drivers for MS Windows will do.
