Don't deleted Roxio now no DVD/CD player

I deleted programs from Roxio installed at the factory of my Precision M4300 and now I don't have a DVD/CD player. Device Manager tells me... "cannot load the device driver" code 39. Dell support site has the firmware for the TS-L632H device but when I run SFDNWIN.exe I got 'drive not found '.

Surely the device does not have Roxio programs to work?
