Download FireworkCS6 in creative cloud problem
I just become a member of creative cloud and had successfully downloaed more APPS I need, however, when I downloaded CS6 Fireworks I can't find anywhere on my system, the Application Manager told me it is downloaded but I don't have it anywhere, what should I do?

Please, go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and find Fireworks uninstaller. Uninstall it if it is present. Try to install after the city ko: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/download-previous-versions-creative-applications. html and http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html .
Also specify the installation location of preferences in CC desktop.

Photoshop CS6 install via creative cloud problem

I've just been migrated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via a new installation. I'm now trying to reinstall all my applications. The Applications Cloud creative installed fine, but I have a problem with the CS6 applications. I downloaded the files from the Adobe site and settle down with key license and entered my product ley. The installation worked OK, but I have problems to install the updates. Photoshop CS6 update to version kept 13.0.1.2 default, the file journal has proposed corrupted files and proposed a new installation. After well the loop several times I would Photoshop version 13.0.1.2. However, I can't get more recent updates. I thought that it was a newer version for Photoshop CS6 exit but in Creative Cloud application if I click on the gear icon and select check for app updates it says that all are up-to-date. I have a similar problem with InDesign and Illustrator.
Can anyone confirm what are the latestCS6 versions: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator please? For example if Photoshop CS6 is greater than the version 13.0.1.2 ideas how to install the latest update?
You can not creativity cloud broke my 13.0.1.3 CS6 perpetual version after some time after installing CC I wanted to keep CS6 13.0.1.3 but creative cloud eventually broke and it would not update correctly he showed the 130 version and was broken. I installed CS6 version 13.0 during installation broken by using a stand-alone CS6 downloaded installer and creative cloud Office was able to update CS6 13.1.2

??? I'm unable to download apps from creative cloud to my MacBook Pro. I downloaded the package install twice. I can double click on the installer and it seems to be loading but it just guard spinning for 10-15 minutes, then gives me an error and a blue button to get help. We have other MacBook Pro in the studio and just downloaded quickly. Any ideas?

And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)
- Go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)
- Download Creative cloud-apps Download Adobe Creative Cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

It is a terrible response. I've migrated three days ago and am still stuck in a never-ending cycle of errors trying to get CC to function on my brand new MacBook pro.
Thanks for your follow-up. I found myself on an online chat that guided me through a process to solve my problems. The most common error was on the CC Apps page, where I have been informed a download error, with instructions to contact technical support or to download Creative Cloud. It seemed that I needed a clean uninstall of CC, but whenever I tried to do, I received the message "CC uninstalled with some errors. It's frustrating, because I was in need of a clean uninstall to reinstall, but I couldn't get a clean uninstall successfully.
I would add that some best solution from Adobe seems to be necessary for users who migrate between Macs. I was quite careful to follow the instructions from Apple, including the update of apps installed before the migration. I was expecting some problems during this migration, but honestly, the only problem I had was with Adobe CC.
In case this is useful with future users, here are the instructions of Nirvan in Adobe support that finally solved my problems:
Mudassir: Close the creative Cloud Desktop application.
Mudassir: Please open a Finder window, click go > go to folder.
Mudassir:, and then type as ~/Library/Application Support / and press ENTER.
Mudassir:, Please rename the folder Adobe as Adobe_old
Mudassir: Now open the folder search to spend once again, in this type/library/application support / this time and then click OK.
Mudassir: Notice that this time it's just/library and the ~ symbol is not included.
Mudassir: Now, rename new folder Adobe in Adobe_old
Mudassir: Now open the finder window and press it command + shift + U key.
Mudassir: It will open the Utilities folder, then remove the Adobe Application Manager and cloud file Adobe Creative.
Mudassir: Please now open utilities activity monitor.
Mudassir: Then find below process and end them one by one, if they are present:
Mudassir: 1 cloud creative
Mudassir: 2 CoreSync
Mudassir: 3 CCLibrary
Mudassir: 4 Office Adobe services
Mudassir: 5 broker IPC Adobe
Mudassir: 6 demon Adobe Crash
Mudassir: You can complete the AdobeUpdateDeamon as well.

This is the user to user forums. Most of us are paying customers. If you have a problem of deactivation of your software, you must communicate directly with the Support from Adobe. They can probably solve deactivation for you and might be able to help others solve your problem.

Hi, I am puzzled because I didn't consciously choose to download one of my photographs to cloud creative (Adobe Lightroom has sent me an email informing me that the photos are waiting for me on my mobile device). I've been working and learning with Lightroom however and through this process, I imported my photos into Lightroom. Thus, an import to Lightroom means an automatic download to the creative cloud? I'm not ready ready yet to use the CC storage for any of my files yet. If they have been uploaded - how can I access remove? Gosh, it makes me nervous as I want to be in charge... your help is much appreciated...
No, the files are not automatically sent to the creative cloud when you import them into Lightroom. In order to have images in the cloud of Adobe creative, it must create a collection in Lightroom, choose the images you want to share via Lightroom online or via Lightroom Mobile. You will have to consciously choose to share this collection before sending them to the cloud. If you have inadvertently shared a collection, it's simple stop sharing by clicking on the small icon to the left of this collection. You are in complete control of what you share and do not share in the cloud. You could take the time to watch this video. It will give you a good introduction to the functioning of Lightroom Mobile:

If you want to see what so-called pictures are waiting for you, you can go to Lightroom.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID and password. You will be able to see what, if any, the pictures you shared. I think that this message you have received is just a friendly reminder invites you to start using the feature. But I could be wrong.

Follow the procedure below:

Launch the Task Manager and end all Adobe related tasks such as Creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMUpdater... etc.

It will open the Appdata folder.
Then navigate to local > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and delete the file " Opm.db".
Once you had deleted the Opm.db file, run Adobe Creative Cloud application and check.
