Download of old Adobe Font Folio without disk drive (new computer)?
I bought Adobe do Folio a couple of years and installed on my computer. This computer is dead, and now my new computer doesn't have a hard drive. I tried to register the product with Adobe using my serial number (I still have the box and everything), but doing so does me no other options (see photo below).
Please tell me how I can access the fonts I bought at Adobe! It's super frustrating!
Given the nature of the product, a disk full of police files and that it doesn't have a motor serial number Installer, we do not provide direct access to a download of the contents of Font Folio.
Assuming you have the original optical media and access to a computer with an optical drive and a USB key, on such a system, you can simply copy the contents of the optical media in the USB key and then use the USB as disk of Font Folio.
If not, call customer support Adobe (not Technical Support) and explain your situation to them. They might be able to arrange for a single download of all the contents of the Font Folio.

Apparently, you try to move Type 1 of MacOS fonts on a Windows System. Who does not work for a certain number of technical reasons.
You go back to the original CD or DVD on which your copy of Adobe Font Folio. Versions of Windows, fonts (including the .pfb and .pfm files) are on this separate media since versions of MacOS.

About three weeks ago, I bought a new MacBook Pro, disabled Adobe CS 6 on my old MacBook and re-intalled on my new computer portable DVD with success. I used all my Adobe fine until today. Two days ago, I've updated all my creative suite after having received an automatic notification. Photoshop will not launch now (everything else is OK). When the Photoshop window it immediately crashes with the message "adding extensions...." Quick basic routines' but nothing happens and I have to "force stop" window. Advice please?

Hope you can help. I bought 1 x Adobe Design Standard CS5.5 Mac download 24/07/2013. I recently bought a new computer and wanted to put a new CS download on this machine. Unfortunately it seems that the company that bought the software is now non-existent and the original download key is not valid. Can you tell me what I should do now?

A variation of the process in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1061905 AA 9 could lead to a download solution. If you succeed, remember to make a backup of that time. Version 8.0, 8.1 not likely. You will need to run the updates. Since you are talking about a new machine (did not MAC or PC), you can find AA8 is no longer compatible with the new version. Some received AA8 work on Win7, but I didn't hear someone make it work on Win8. So, if you get the download, be prepared to try solutions workaround or upgrade to XI.

Installation of acrobat from adobe installed pro XI on a new computer, but to send a message that is not a product "qualified." Adobe's Acrobat pro XI is installed on my computer but is not listed as a product approved in the drop-down menu. The message indicates that the mu serial number is valid, but no registered product is downloaded.

Please make sure that you enter the correct serial number for the product.
Also share you get the exact error message.
