  You can try to disable the Antivirus software temporarily disable firewalls and then try to download.

  You get this error message during the download or installation of the game?

  If you receive the DRM activator error message do the following to correct the problem.

  1 left-click on start

  2 - right click on computer

  3 - left click on properties 4 - left click on advanced system settings

  5 - running, click settings

  7 - click TURN DEP FOR ESSENTIAL WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS ONLY.

  2. create a new user profile (for testing) and see if you are able to download.

  Steps to create a new user account
