  PS-4months have passed and several updates KB - took the risk and installed downloadede IE9, then ran an SFC... Still corrupt system files... Uninstalled it & presto - no file corrupted... Now the case #1165316803... have not yet heard back... Ho-hum...

  My Windows Media Player recently stopped playing downloads from Amazon. I've never had this problem before. I installed VLC Player, has not worked... off the WMP in the Windows app, restarted, turned on the back and restarted... did not help. I get the message "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player may not support the Codec used to compress the file. This is for multiple downloads, so I don't think they would be all corrupted files.

• Streets & trips 2010 download will not open on my or my wifs computer (both have vista)

  I was trying to open the free trail of streets & trips 2010 but it does not open. Looks like it is downloaded ok (when I go to properties it says that the file is of 1.32 GB) but whenever I try to open it, he keeps trying to install it or he only asks me if I want to uninstall or install, when I try to open it. At first, I thought it was my computer, then I asked my wife to install and run it on his own, but it does the same thing. We never had streets and trip previously loaded on computers.   Hi I just bought the web and creative suite design 6 and have a serial number, but I can't get the download to work. I tried 3 TIMES. The first said that I didn't have the right program to open files .z7 so thought there was an error in the download and did it again to get the same answer. Then I downloaded a program called bitzipper which said that it would be that half worked as I could see that yes I have download it but bitzipper said there is nothing to extract. Given how long the download takes I don't especially want to keep doing it over and over again. I looked on here to see what a program called Alkami or something (sorry lost the page on that I was) is suppose to open first, then the download was to begin, but this does not happen. Your help is greatly appreciated as I am very frustrated.

  After buying a new 250 GB SSD, I unplugged my other internal drives and legitimate my drive external and installed my copy of win 7 64. Sought to win 10 update and began downloading it from the Microsoft site.

  This is the third time to try to win 10 free download because it gets to 99% download and there it remains. I write this while it still reads 99% downloaded and now after 4 hours.

  I'm bald, but would be pulling my hair out now LOL

• Swf/html file downloaded will not play video when downloaded from the web

  I received an FLV file in InDesign (CS5). Then I need to export it as a SWF file and download on our Web site.

  When I export as SWF and test it on my desk, the video works fine, but when I download on my site (the file SWF, HTML file and the _Resources folder that was created when exporting), I can't get the html code (or the SWF version) to show the video.

  The initial poster shows but when I click it, it becomes white. When I mouse over I see controls I've specified through skins (the button "play", etc.) so I know it's there - but the bar which usually indicates in the video you're just has this green color thread through it.

  To install Firefox on a Mac, follow these steps:
