Download Win 7 hangs at unpacking the box

I downloaded Window 7 Ultimate upgrade from Windows 7 Home Premium. both are 64-bit.  Download gives me 3 files - and the exe file and 2 files from the box.  When I click on the exe file, it opens a message that says "Unloading the Box" and displays a progress bar with the description ' preparation: C:\Users\Alan\Downloads\expandedSetup\Win7Setup.wim.»   And it hangs there forever - all night and much more.  Do I have to re-download or is there a solution that works best?

My system is a HP pavilion dv6t-3100 CTO, execution of windows 7 Premium Home, with 8 G of memory, 160G of SSHD.

Any ideas would be really appreciated!
