  We have fixed an issue in the cloud, so reflow creative application must be appear to install now.  In order to ensure that the list of products is updated, quit and restart Creative Cloud: cloud creative, select the gear icon at the top right and choose Exit, then restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

  Originally 32 and 64 bit versions of IE8 was installed and usable.  Just for a test, on 06/02/13 I installed and set Firefox as default browser but do not delete IE8 or other than to replace it with Firefox by default.  I used Firefox and IE8 such as required and all worked well for a while and then a few days ago two versions of IE8 has mysteriously disappeared from my computer and I was not able to get a return.  I tried to download but for some reason any that does not work.  I checked the list of installed programs and IE8 does not appear here and the two icons disappeared in the start menu, as well as in the Group of quick launch.  An IE folder appears in Windows Explorer in the Program Files folder as the Program Files (x 86) folders.  The subfolders in each list of files with a modification of 18/02/13 date I think it's the date IE8 disappeared.  Being not qualified for one more, I did nothing with any of the files in these folders for fear of making things worse.  Someone care to volunteer to get out of this dilemma?

  However, your plugin list does not display the plugin Flash Player, technically known as Shockwave Flash.

  You can check your add-ons page to see if it has been disabled? Older versions may be disabled after a while. Either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click on Plugins. Check the bottom of the list, with the gray background. Can you find the Flash Shockwave and set it to always turn on?
