Driver DOWNLOAD don, t work
Hallo.
I am trying to download 3 weeks now the driver for photosmart c3180 of your web page, but this isn't workikg.
the error message is "flight of port Possible PASV 425, cannot open data connection".
You can solve this problem? e weeks is a long time and I can't find the drivers somewhere else.

Try to update the Bios and the energy of Lenovo software of management. Since you are able to use the wlan in quick start it means wlan card is ok. If this does not correct, then you can do a factory using OKR reset

Apple only in the App Store updates don't work/download

It's a fairly persistent question.
Only Apple updates just don't work-they don't start the download.
After hitting "Update", the download status bar appears for about 2-3 seconds (download remains at 0%) and it "jumps" 'update '.
All the other 3rd party App to update normal - no problems.

I tried the Microsoft Fix It tool (Mats_Run.dvd.exe) that detects the problem and says "Install device driver" in a popup, but then he says "software device driver failed to installed. At the end it says under the issue, the "CD/DVD drive is not detected" and the status of Fix 'not set '. Note that, when I boot from another hard drive (with Vista 64 on it installed from the same DVD, just a new installation) disks appear very well. Also I can boot from the drive as well.
I can't do a repair installation, since it must initiate Windows, and I can't load the disc. I tried to update my BIOS but that has no effect.
Recently I actually moved this hard drive to another one, with another brand of hard drive and all the rest. Just like before, if I boot from another hard drive (this one with Windows 7), the drive unit-a Optiarc AD-7230 s - looks and works, and I can also boot from the drive at startup. But since the drive hard as I want to use, the drive does not appear. Fix it, etc. Device Manager gives the same messages as before.

I could solve this problem. I started in Ubuntu and deleted the existing cdrom.sys, cdrom.inf etc. files (as in Windows, they were protected and I couldn't delete them), then I copied the files from another installation of Vista I had on another hard drive. After having done that, I updated the drivers in device, disabled/enabled readers and readers management that presented themselves.

According to the description, the CD/DVD drive has stopped working. We will analyze and identify the cause of the problem.
1. which Microsoft Fixit did you?
2. do you see the icon for CD/DVD in Windows Explorer?
3 is this problem limited to any CD or a specific DVD?
Your CD or DVD drive is missing or not recognized by Windows or other programs, so you cannot play or access a CD or a DVD. This issue would have occurred after you installed, uninstalled or updated a program.
Given that the troubleshooter could not see the CD DVD drive, you can try to navigate to the following location in the registry editor and deleted the upper filter and lower filter keys and check if it helps you get the job of CD DVD player.
1. click on Startand then click all programs.
2. in the start menu search box type regeditand press ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.

I would use the model series g6-2100, which should work perfectly (and the download works also).

HP ENVY 17-j184na driver download page
Just bought a 17-J184 Envy and the need to find the HP driver page. As a developer, I'd rather have a completely clean install. Driver Genius has done its work very well, but it was missing the drivers for the fingerprint reader.
While searching for this I'm greeted by a message as follows

It is an assumption - page of your driver does not seem to be absent and no device information, it is more difficult to assess the exact needs.

Went to Microsoft Update and downloaded and installed a few optional upgrades, including one about a driver. After installation, will not restart.
