After the Properties window shows tab select the 'Port '. change the port to another USB port (the one that the printer is connected to), and then apply the changes. Your problem should be solved.

  You are the man!  The driver utility referred you me to worked like a charm to turn on Bluetooth.  Only the network controller has been marked in device as Manager in need of a driver, and wifi still doesn't work.  Based on your suggestion, I started looking for a Broadcom wireless driver.  The first two, I tried did not work, but the third time was the charm.  A pilot wireless portable for Windows 7 computers Broadcom of 2012 has been around.  I have now disabled hardware and everything works great.  Thanks a lot for your help.
