  Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click on the device of coprocessor requiring the driver.

  I tried the Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver and the Ralink 802.11 b/g/n WiFi Adapter linked to the page of the driver of my PC model. On two of them, whenever I click on the downloaded file, nothing happens after having unpacked the file, no installer doesn't run.
