  As the Canon IR3225n is a large machine, expensive commonly found in offices instead of the houses, I suggest you start by asking your company, IT supports help.

  If you have no such person/service, I suggest to install the driver from here--> http://usa.canon.com/cusa/office/products/hardware/multifunction_printers_copiers/black_white_copiers/imagerunner_3225#DriversAndSoftware if I were you, I'd get in touch with support of Canon first know what driver to install.  If this is not possible, I would choose the file named "PCL5e - c_6_v8.85_v6.85_Setup.exe" (but I don't know the differences between the different versions).

  Assuming your eprint-enabled printer, please follow the steps below to connect to web services and get your email from the printer.

  To find printers e-mail you need to enable web services from the front panel of the printer. It is normally a button on the front panel or an option in a menu.

  The printer will be connected to your WiFI network, and once the device is activated, it should display a page with a code composed of letters and numbers. It is the e-mail address of printers (when you add a @hpeprint.com to it).

  This seems pretty normal to me, so reboot and see how your Print Spooler Service behaves now.
