• The project created in Adobe first CC test of 2014.  Now that I bought CS6 Master Collection, the file is corrupted.  I can still open in the trial, but not purchased CC version.

  You will be not able for a project done in CC14 to open in CS6.

  CC14 first is not backward compatible, has never been.

  You can export the project CC14 as a (file/export/Final Cut Pro XML) XML and importing CS6.

  You probably only remain with the film. Rest can be disappeared like the effects, transitions etc.

  If you work in Captivate trial, after that you can save the project (.cptx, .cptl or .cpvc), then you can open it to seduce any time, it will not be wasted (project Captivate never expires).

  But if you want something publsih (.swf or .mp4) with this project in Trial Version, then this published output will be expired after 30 days from the date of creation.

  You can open your project (.cptx, .cptl or .cpvc) created in the first instance, in the full version or the version of subscription thereafter and publish the project, while published project will last forever.

• I downloaded the trial version of CC PS and then subscribed to the cloud including PS and Lr package. I can't open the PS, just keep telling me that the trial has expired. Any suggetions?

  This happens often. Don't panic. Your serial number is always good, just be reintroduced to it and you don't need to buy anything. Follow these steps:

• Preferance pane window keeps popping open when the data entry or search in all fields. I'm also using 1Password and happens when you try to enter a password

  I'm running on Mac OS X 10.7.4, Firefox 14.0.1. This problem did not exist until this last update of Firefox. Basically, a preferences panel opens each time data is entered in a field. It doesn't seem to be the same preferences panel you see when you open preferences through normal access Firefox, IE. Firefox > Preferences. All the choices listed in this special preference pane are specific to Firefox. I have a screenshot that I could include if wanted.   Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

  It is reasonable to guess Acrobat X doesn't do not part of the CS6, but it's just confusing names. Acrobat has always been in his own world. (Note: it depends on which edition of CS6 you have, but includes one to tell you that you have Acrobat).

  If you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store on your Apple TV, take a look at the troubleshooting steps below:

  Check if you are using Firefox mode full screen

  • Click the Firefox button and deselect full screen
  • or press F11 to Turn Off full screen mode

I could put a bar of bookmarks on my screen, but it takes more vertical space. I have a lot of horizontal space that is unused. How can I return to the display of bookmarks in previous versions?
