  To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.

  To accomplish this, you need to launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  On the new machine, you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Turn on' the software and it will complete the transfer of license.

  Can someone explain to me how to manage permissions for users on the network?  It's easy to do the job when I talk to local users, but I can't find a way to add computers to the dialog box object types. I have only options of theses: built-in security principals, users and groups. In the locations list, I see only my computer and cannot find how to add computers to all networks.

  For Windows XP, it makes a difference if "Simple file sharing" is enabled or disabled.  Simple file sharing is * always * activated if you have Windows XP Home Edition and it is the default setting in XP Pro.  Sharing files Simple enabled, * all * users who are connected to a network on your machine are forced to authenticate on the machine as the 'Guest' user - which means that you have no user authentication in Windows Home or XP Pro without disabling Simple file sharing.  This means that every network user has access only to files to the files which has permissions for the Guest user.

  If you have XP Pro and disable Simple file sharing, then you can ask users to authenticate on your local machine and give everyone access to its own set of file permissions.  If the user connects to a network computer that contains the same user name and password that the user is currently logged on the local computer, the authentication is automatic.

  I have a custom resource that has a search on this query to find a list of users. It works very well. I can find the user by username, email or name and first name.

  I need help. I have windows 8, 64 bit computer laptop.  This system has 3 active accounts now. Account_One that is my administrator account. I have another

  "limited account" created on my machine Account_two and the third one is "Guest account" account that is enabled.

  Before you lend my cell phone to a friend in Account_two login I tried to restrict access to drives C and D of this Account_two which is a limited account.

  While I was doing it, I put approval for object 'Windows users' 'decline '. This object is usually the last in the list of objects on the window that appears when we sail to click with the right button on C drive > properties > Security. I realized that instead of

  Problem is SOLVED!

  After three days of effort I was finally able to fix this mess.  It took me three days after going through many similar positions as mine but no final answer or fix, so I kept

  through the 'access denied' messages on this community and won an idea on what

  had happened and what needed to be done. What I found that there are several hundred people

  like me, who have faced this problem and there is no final official help file to explain how to fix

  in any case, here's how I solved my problem for people who need to fix it in case it happens to you.

  How the problem began; Read my original post above on top. In short, I set the security setting to refuse to

  Now if I needed the "Access denied" problem on drive C. I continued through messages of so many "access denied" here and discovered about utilities like SFC, TAKEOWN, ICACLS, but none of them worked from the command prompt I always said "access denied."

  Thing was to take the mouse to the right of the screen and get this blue bar, then settings > change PC settings > General - Advanced startup-press the button -. Then he made up the blue screen, where you have the option called troubleshooting... go there and then advanced setting > look to start Windows from the command prompt. Do you have a command prompt with C:\windows\system32 on the command prompt. Here, my order was accepted both takeown and icacls.   I configured an instance of AD LDS (Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services) on a Windows Server 2008 R2. I created the users and a user admin "tadmin" that has been added to the members directors. I've also made sure to set the msDS-UserAccountDisabled property.

  After the restart Weblogic, I see that users and groups in AD LDS are properly recovered in Weblogic. But, when I try to connect to my application using Username:tadmin and the password: <>... it doesn't.

  Here's what I see in the log file:

  As you can see, ' numEntries #: 1 "(and I can see as a result the entry ' CN = tadmin, CN = wl, DC = in, DC = com ' in Apache Directory Studio interface); If I add the userAccountControl filter I get 0.

  I read the AD LDS does not use userAccountControl but "uses several individual attributes to store the information contained in the userAccountControl attribute flags"; Among these attributes is msDS-UserAccountDisabled, which, as I said, I already have the value FALSE.

  So, my question is, how do I run? Why do I get "< DN for user tadmin: null >"? What is the userAccountControl? If this is the case, should I do a different configuration on my AD LDS? Or, how can I get rid of the userAccountControl filter into Weblogic?

  I don't seem to find the configuration files or in the interface: I don't have that "user of the name filter: (& (cn = %u)(objectclass=user))", there is no userAccountControl.»

  Another difference is that, even if in Weblogic, I put compatible ssl false flag, the newspaper I see ldaps and ldap, I noticed (I don't mean to install something ready for production and I don't want SSL for the moment).

  Here are some other things I tried, but doesn't change anything:

  -other attributes '-FS' were not resolved, so I tried their initialization to a value

  -J' tried other users defined in AD LDS, not tadmin

  -in Weblogic, I added users who were imported from AD LDS into the policies and roles > Kingdom roles > Global roles > roles > Admin

  -J' removed all occurrences of userAccountControl I found xml files in Weblogic (schema.ms.xml, schema.msad2003.xml)

  Why you change the STANDARD code. This is not suggested.

  What I'm telling you is this.

  If you open the map 'SAPU edit user' in console design, you'll see a java adapter task that is called to update data right... for example that his name is UpdateUser.

Click on that and go to the tab "OSFirewall" Alto! There are these turds. Left-click on the second column options will give the choice to leave. If you want to make sure that this unnecessary feature don't mean your settings again, I suggest you give all the permissions 'Allow' (notches).
  
  NOTE: even if you disable 'Program Control' or OSFirewall, you need to activate OSFirewall and change the permissions. This is because permission settings will be always locked to those present. In big, even if you disable OSFirewall and have the "Install ActiveX" setting refuse, it is still in denial permission. Check the marks all the way.
  
  If you still have problems, and you still feel that ZoneAlarm is the cause of the problems, I suggest you go tab 'Programs' from the control program. Here, you can view all the applications you have run your PC. Search for 'Macromedia' or 'Flash' of linked files and gives them all access to the internet and all the permissions. • How to make the address bar behaving like search bar? I mean SMART search, as it implemented in Chrome (very comfortable for users).

  For example when I type a word in the search bar, it begins to give search engine suggestions, so don't HAVE TO TYPE THE ENTIRE SEARCH PHRASE!
  The same behavior is in the address bar of Google Chrome. So in Chrome address bar and search bar are combined into one that is very comfortable for users.
  In Firefox, you have here two different bars, which makes no sense. I used Chrome before and usually by type of force of habit in the address bar to search for something and have to type the whole expression there to begin the search. It is very stupid and using the address bar to the fruitless search.

  Our current file server is the last of the Xserve running 10.6.8.  It's getting up there and if it's the toasted bread, so I am. If I get nervous.

  I waited for a refreshment HW of Deputies and Minis, but none have been forthcoming and I don't see even in Active rumors about them. If Apple decided professional users can take a flying leap which will suck because I'm already doing a HyperV Windows 2012 nightmare and I want more. But I digress...

  Anyone used later (also older than it is) makes Mac Mini with a Promise RAID as a file server for users of more than a dozen? We have a staff of 50 more or less, more use as a store of files for our portal and web server (each on a machine separate with mounted shares) of CrushFTP file sharing.  I would like to know popular experience actually using a Mini to serve that many users and if the aggregation of links to one of the thunderbolt with ethernet port ports actually works.

  Not many users, but one of my clients is written four or five DTV full-HD video streams in couple of tables Promise Pegasus configured RAID-6, and the berries barely noticed the load.   This along with the generation previous Mac Mini.   The limit you will probably hit here, it's how much you can stuff through the Gigabit Ethernet, which probably means using a bolt of lightning for the Ethernet card or two - the bottleneck will be on the LAN side.  But I suspect that you will have to prototype your load in all cases.
