  Hello

  I am in favour of Hyperion Essbase (EMP 11.1.2.1). Web services and the EAS are on different physical servers.

  Recently, the EAS seems to hang abruptly, which leads to the stop suddenly work planned on the Essbase cubes and attempts to failure of all users to load data.

  So far, we have discussed THIS by restarting the server with installed EAS, whenever the EAS breaks down. I went through all the papers I thought would give me details of what causes the crash.

  Please help with a permanent solution, to shed light on which log files can also check to find the root cause.

  I think that you keep confusing EAS and Essbase server but anyway if you want to the top of the JAVA virtual machine for Regional service, and then in the registry, go to EssbaseAdminServices0 like your screenshot, update the - Xmx to a value higher than for example - Xmx2048m, don't know what you have it set at the moment. restart the Regional service.

  If you have several EAS servers you will need to repeat on each, also change all the settings until you are sure have the ability of memory on the server.

• Problems of removing members in EAS ASO

  I am trying to replace certain members and hierarchies in cube to ASO through EAS. There are 2 on 14 hierarchies that I'm not able to remove. When deleting (with click right, delete) on these 2 hierarchies, or one of their members, I get one of two results, 1. the blue spinning wheel hours, or 2. A warning ' EAS server does not. The 2nd result is followed by EAS crashing and restarting of the s. Any ideas?

• Loading (without rules file) crashes on EAS on the loading data in the exported file.

  I'm doing a load of data in a database if a file I exported previously and data loading crashes just after taking in the text file. It hangs where it says "press ESC or cancel button to complete the current operation. It is a very small text file that am loading data from. I have to kill the ESSSVR process for this particular application back the EAS to perform other tasks. Am able to do any other tasks very well. Also on our Prod environment we do not have this problem and can't seem to load the data through very well exported text files. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

  This announcement so it would be beneficial to others on 11.1.1.4 with essbase on RHEL 5 server. The answer to the question is in this Doc ID 1531236.1 knowledge of Oracle database. Apparently, it shows only on RHEL 5 and glibc is updated glibc - 2.5 - 107 of glibc - 2.5 - 81. The solution is to donwgrade the glibc 2.8 - 81. Please refer to this doc 1531236.1 if any of you have a similar problem.

• EAS server get crashed (problem EAS in Hyperion 9.2.0.3 environment)

  We are facing serious logical problems with analytical administrative services (EAS - web services) in a production environment. This function frequently shut downs and must be restarted using 2 Sev services requests with the it team. concerned about happening frequently.
  
  This is a second instance in a few weeks, we have achieved Oracle and provided all the details requested of them. We had even made changes in accordance with the recommendation of Oracle.

  When we had frequent crashes EAS, it turned to be a port conflict. Try using these settings in your essbase.cfg file to replace the default ports of Essbase:
  SERVERPORTBEGIN 42000
  SERVERPORTEND 43000

• At the update to 7.0.0.102, Skype crashes at startup

  Hello! First post, long time lurker and always avid user. I've never had problems with Skype, not so much as even the UI (been infatuated with every single update this one up).

• The Windows XP Explorer crash when checking the USB SD OEM-builtin card reader properties

  Hello, people.

  It's my only known PC malfunction, and initially, it worked without problem. The question began at a time not very long before a recent update failure. The problem is related to the card reader SD OEM-builtin of the Pavilion. Windows XP is unable to connect to this player when my 4 GB SDHC card is slipped into the SD card reader, an error box quote as 'due to an error IO peripheral."  and somehow this blocks / crashes Windows explore (IE no.not) with the 4 GB card in drive F:-SD reader.  But Windows and the reader work very well when my 32 MB SDHC card reading. Both the 4 GB and 32 MB cards work fine in my Canon Power Shot and I can download the contents of the card of 4 GB (JPEG format) via a mini-USB cable for the camera as always, but burning the battery juice in the batteries in the camera. I'd rather take the camera SDHC card and empty its JPEG files in the SD drive. I don't think that it is able, barely used player until three or four months ago. I'll also post this question to the Canon forum and maybe HP forum, but I would like to have some ideas as well on the side of Windows.

  It occurs to me, I don't know how many contacts on the card is active in dealing with the 32 MB. I expect that the 4 GB card should use almost all of the pins; I was wondering if a unused pin in size of 32 MB can be failed do contact and this could corrupt the ease of use of the 4 GB card.

  FYI - my system is HP Pavilion a1020n, five years old. It includes the processor Intel P4 CPU, has 130 GB free on the system partition, and has been upgraded from two years to 2 GB RAM DDR2 PC2 - 4200. OS is Win XP Professional x 86 SP3 with .net all Frameworks 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4 customer and extended 4, IE 8.00.6001.18702, most Silverlight 4.0.50917.0 to patched. All the .NET Frameworks are patched, except that the last .NET two patches for the version 2.0 and 3.5, KB2418241 and KB2416473, both failed several trying to install, and I'm looking for help with that in a posted question, but if you think of these malf are linked, please let me know.

  Hi all! This is my first time around these parts, so forgive me if I make a mistake and prepare for a long story.

  Quick information on my computer:

  Windows 7 64 bit

  AMD Radeon HD 7950

  8 GB RAM

  Intel i5 4670 k 3.40 GHz Quad Core

  Recently I bought Battlefield 4 for PC. I have loaded on my computer with ease but quickly came across a problem when I tried to play the game. My GPU drivers were apparently outdated and he gave me the choice of either a. cancellation of the launch, or (B) try to play anyway. Looking forward, I tried to launch anyway. No dice, the game freezes immediately and I can not play. At a time of the option.

  After traveling around for a bit, I discovered that my drivers were, in fact, to date and should update. So I downloaded the latest drivers, "AMD Catalyst Omega", and you click install (note that I have not manually uninstall previous drivers, so I don't know if it has really done anything). After it was over, I was able to boot successfully in the field of battle 4 and was able to play both the campaign and multiplayer without fault at 60 fps oh high heat. (Great game BTW, recommend to all who love FPS).

  Well, after a few hours, I decided to call it a night. After closing, I noticed that the bar at the bottom of my screen flickered from top down in very quickly. Naturally, I found it quite strange and decided to shut down my computer (thinking at the time, that I should probably do that as soon as the new drivers were installed - it was the result of not doing).

  The next day, I woke up wanting to start playing Battlefield 4. But, much to my dismay, my computer froze as he was loading the desktop. Now, it was nothing new for me, I had a lot of computer problems in the past, I can fix it this one as well. My first thought was just reboot and see if that will change anything. Unfortunately, he did nothing. He froze in the exact same task as he had before. It started to scare me a little. Previously, during an automatic update of windows, is the same thing. A frozen at the exact same task as it did before.

  Now completely annoyed at all this, I'll be back and system restore to the point that I just had previously. Except that this time it did not work. Were no longer my system restore bringing back me to the settings of the computer that worked, it would freeze (and sometimes a blue screen), every time I tried from the desktop. Sometimes, I could get a few minutes before it would freeze, other times that I do not see my office. And it doesn't matter what time I have to put in place. Sometimes, the system restore would work, sometimes it wouldn't, but in two results, it would freeze at the office.

  Panic is now being that my computer does not seem to work at all. I can still run without danger made (thank God for that), but normal Windows is just the gel. As my panic slowly transforms into a will, I turn to google to see if someone is having my exact problem (Note: everything I do on my computer is in safe mode, and any internet research I do is on my smart phone). Finally, I came across a page saying: I need to use the command "sfc/scannow" and this should solve my problems.   To proceed with method 2 and then Fixit and manual steps to reset the Windows Update components in method 3 and check running SFC analyzing once more.

  If the problem persists even after trying the method 2 and 3 the method successfully, you can try to repair (MBR Master Boot record), boot sector and Boot Configuration data via Bootrec tool in the article below.

  Use Bootrec.exe in the WINRE to troubleshoot startup problems.

  FYI and unexpectedly, we experienced a problem while accessing the demand for planning of Vision (see attached photo).

  As we are about to go live this Friday, August 28, 2015, I raised a Sev2 SR with Oracle's Support.

  After the collection of the SR, I stumbled on the "Hyperion Planning Application crashes after applying Patch Update Set 11.1.2.3.500 (Doc-ID 1679629.1)" KB, document which seems to be very similar to one we are going through. Unfortunately, there is no mention of the version of the WebLogic Server applies this KB to the... so I'm hesitant to even download it because we are on WebLogic v10.3.6. In addition, 16964825 patch and patch 18362693 seem to refer to the products (for example, FMW, JDEVADF, etc.) are not part of products we are allowed to... so I'm unsure of the next course of action.

  If anyone has already experienced the error message attached, which was the corrective actions taken to solve this problem?

  Looks like that required fixes have been applied then, you can try to increase MaxPermSize to 512 m, it will apply in the windows registry and not the command script if you run a windows service planning.

• First Pro CC gives an error "Could not create image buffer" and crashing after installing a videocard GeForce GTX 1070.

  Hi all

  I recently installed a GeForce GTX 1070 video card and drivers current in my bench mounted, very happy for the potential break in the rendering and playback (I was using previously a very old ASUS Radeon HD 7850). I had nothing else problems since.

  When I first tried a project of creation of opening, audio refused to play (speakers, headphones, everything...) I looked at the volume mixer while playing through the timeline and no audio only showed upward). Everything seemed fine. I closed, cleared the cache, opened the first, this time hold Alt while doing so to reset the preferences. Open very well, audio read back fine, that only now first was blocked indefinitely the generation of PEK files for a short audio clip in the project.

  After a long bit of troubleshooting in the speakers, I went ahead and did a complete uninstall of Premiere Pro and After Effects, then reinstalled both programs to their current versions (2015.4 and 2015.3, respectively). No more problems of generation PEK, but something much worse. Now, whenever I try to change the CUDA acceleration enabled, I can maybe five minutes absolute performance first until I get an error "Could not create image buffer", warning of notifications of Windows that your computer is low on memory, and finally, a complete crash where the screen goes black, flickers a couple times, then stays black for good with only the mouse cursor appears on the screen.

  The images that I'm editing is all images Go Pro, no effects applied. I am doing this for a client and need ready in a week, but the constant crashing makes them difficult to work around. I can more or less run by changing the acceleration of software only, display options but it is much slower and the memory is still eaten up like crazy (if I place the open Task Manager and start to scrub through the timeline I can watch the memory usage get up to 95% in 20 seconds approximately). Reading suffers as a result once the RAM is full until almost full.

  It is worth noting that, with my old dusty Radeon GPU, I was able to edit these clips with ease. No reading, no problem of image buffer. I do not see my RAM never go above 60% usage, when I got this card is installed.

  Also worth noting, that the first, I have noticed absolutely no problems, and the video card itself seems to work very well. I can play MGSV at max settings with perfect reading, as well as other graphics intensive games.

  It's been almost a week and I had zero problems. First Pro CC 2015.2 works like a dream! I'll go ahead and mark this thread closed.

  For those just tuning, I was able to find a solution by uninstalling the Premiere Pro and After Effects, and then reinstall them back to last known stable on my bench (Premiere Pro 2015.2 and after 2015.2 effects). So far, running these versions has been very good, even with active CUDA acceleration.

  The only downside is that all the projects I've done in Premiere Pro version 2015.4 should be re-edited from scratch. But I've had absolutely zero problems using the program, which is a relief. Hope Adobe fixes this problem whenever 2015.5 is out!

• Cannot save the schema using the client - crashes ' start record contour.

  I use version 9.3.1 (yes I know we should be upgraded) and EAS installed on my machine (not web-based version).  For some reason, my computer crashed last week so I had to reinstall EAS.  After I did, I started having the problem of not being able to save a scheme and it gets stuck on the "start record sketch."

  It is not a java problem, that I'm not using the web browser.  In addition, a colleague has the same version of java and isn't in trouble. Also, I got this version of java (1.6) on my machine for months.

  Any ideas.

  It indicates that the client computer does not have the supported JRE versions.

• First CC 2015 & Audio Ease Speakerphone 2

  Thought I would create a new thread for this audio plugin even if it's the same problem as the plugins from Izotope.

  When the plugin is used in the string of runway or placed directly on the audio clip, you do not drive change it w / the program to stall for about 20 seconds.  All the wave plugins work fine...

  
  

  2 speaker works very well in 2014, but not in 2015, both on two different machines.

  Both machines are fast.  Here are the specs;

  Machine #1: 2013 Mac Pro, Yosemite 10.10.4, 2.7 GHz 12 - Core Intel Xeon E5, w / cards Dual AMD over-pants D700 6144 MB 64 GB Ram graphics card.   Maid in PCI box w / AJA card connected to a Raid 6 array 600 MB/s and a Mackie mixer.

  Machine #2: Early 2009 Mac Pro, Yosemite 10.10.3, 2x2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 16 GB of Ram and ATI Radeon HD 4870 512 MB graphics card.

  Any suggestions?    I have also contacted Audio Ease on this problem and you will know when I hear something and also posted something similar on Izotope plugins in this thread: first CC 2015 + Izotope Ozone 6

  Here's an update.   I think I found a solution that works w / both this plugin and plugins Izotope.     Everything seems to work fine and no more than stalling / crashing right now.

  I just disabled "Composite display during Trim ' option in the timeline view settings and now riding the audio with one of these plugins in the bus is like butter.

  Hi, every time I edit an audio clip or and an effect and then move the head piece back, the application breaks down.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  Well, I think we found the repro steps now.  Looks like it is related to the high DPI scale.  Did someone who sees this problem under Windows to 100% / icon text scaling?

  Yes - I used it for days now to 100% with zero accidents.

• Audition 5.5 crashes when choose 'continue' restored the session

  I left Adobe Audition after registration, but without saving the changes.

  When I opened the hearing, it allows me now to continue the unregistered session, or delete.

  But when I click on 'Continue', it starts loading but crashes then... I tried to restart my computer, but that didn't help.

  Is it possible to restore the saved file? I need not of the session, just recording. Where it will be parked?

  Did you record in multitrack view or waveform? It makes a big difference, because multitrack, you will be saved directly to a specified file location, but in the form of wave, it would be in a temporary file in any location you save (see preferences settings in the hearing). If you will be able to retrieve any directly with ease is another matter overall, although...

  What it amounts to, is that how you use recovery files is exactly the way that you tried to do. A big problem you might encounter is that however once you tried to reopen it and failure, it may well have cast as hearing closed a second time in any case. I believe that it was true that sometimes you might retrieve the data from these files by them as 'rough' and providing appropriate information on how they were saved, but I have not tried this during so long that I don't know if it still applies.

  I'm afraid that I don't rate your chances of any degree of success very strongly, frankly.
