  Ran across the following error in the log of alerts for a the 2 node RAC database:

  ERROR: Cannot get the size of the logical block for spfile "+ XXXXXX_SYSTEM/XXXXXX/spfileXXXXXX.ora".

  Looked in MOS and found nothing.  Has anyone go through this before?  If so, what is the cause?

  Just received a resolution of Support from Oracle.  They said that this is a benign error and can be ignored.  Here is their answer to my SR:

  I have re-installed edge animate several times now, even computer rebooting between installs. For some reason or another, whenever animate Edge is installed, this particular "d3dx9_43.dll" file will not be installed with. What can I do?   I thought about it. I just had to find my computer 'd3dx9_43.dll', then copy of System32(not cut) in the right folder edge animate. There is no need to reinstall or restart. I already had the latest version of MS Direct X installed, so all that was left was to have the file copied to the correct folder.

  Janedove I'm not familiar with this particular error.  I would recommend reviewing the installation for the update log files determine the exact cause of the failure.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret logs to installation troubleshooting install problems with log files. • Muse of madness and error: cannot read a "parent node" undefined property

  I finished my site and exported to HTML, when you open the index file, you see a quick overview of the site then the page becomes white.

  If I saw the site in a browser of choice of Muse menu, I get this error and the my Lightboxes content is moved and some objects appears. Even shot my footer elements in the light box.

  Note that this only occurs when previewed or exported to HTML format. Everything works as it should be in design mode. When I hit preview, the browser displays fill then Muse is not admissible for the 15-25 min.

  

  I have not "added" Java Scripts, only used the widgets available in the muse, I have widgets that are nested inside the widgets that I think may be the problem?

  You seem to have some invalid HTML in some of your fields custom HTML that asks the questions with the rest of the page. In most of the places where you have tables, you seem to have copy/paste from a different source, but you're away from closing for some of your code tags. Cleaning of these and the closure of these div tags will allow your page to work without problems. If you need assistance, narrowing where the issues are, you can use the Validator of the W3C and he should be able to tell where your problems are. Those who say "no closing tag' is those that you'll want to cross and set first, often times that those who can cause a lot of other issues.

• 1059 Error - cannot get 11 channels of data written in the spreadsheet file

  Again, it's Luke. I got the 7 fixed error, missing just a specific filepath to save data too.

  I now hit another snag along the way. When I enter data into a spreadsheet box writing, an error comes up saying "error 1059: unexpected file type".

  Anyone have any idea why its doing this?

  The only things that I put in the function box is some specific data on 2 GPS units I use, with a tension from my DAQ and the installation of strain gauges. Information works on my front and information is coming through, but will not save the data in a spreadsheet file, and writes a .lvm file will not work either.

  Any chance you try to write the file to a path that you have not the full access rights to?  I think the error may be 1059, but it's actually be caused by a file windows error.  How about some strange characters in the name of the control that are not valid in Windows file?

  We strive to run a full charge in DAC, but it is a failure.

  The S_ASSET table is empty and therefore, we get the error

  Could not get column: ORA-01403: no data found

  We were not facing this error in DAC 10 g but after upgrade to DCA 11 g, this task has no place if the array is empty. How remove this restriction and DAC will work perfectly even if the tables are empty to full charge?

  The script error is caused by the DPI setting on your system.  If the DPI setting is set to 100%, 125%, 150% or 200% Setup returns the script error. If your DPI setting is set to something else, please set it to one of these and Setup online should work.  To check/change the DPI setting:

  1. Start the control panel and go to control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display
  2. In the left menu, select set size custom text (PPP)
  3. In the Windows Setup custom DPI select 100%, 125%, 150% or 200% in the menu drop-down
  4. Click OK
  5. Select apply
  6. Open a session/disable
  7. Online installer should now run without displaying the script error.

  A fix for this should be released in the coming weeks.
