  Having just bought a laptop, as above I am faced the question of how fast DVD to use.
  John Lewis PC after sales help service advised me that time 16 DVD sometimes causes trouble and I should get 8 X and use them if possible even if they say they are now almost as rare a hens teeth. Say them a 16 X can be OK but X 8 would be more reliable.

  I have not started my laptop but as am waiting for supply of X 8 I found on Ebay as recommended DVD-R NOT + should be used. I see that the disc tray is marked rewritable + leading to more confusion.

  Make a copy of the operating system upon receipt of the X 8 and not before.

  Finally, I build my book. Using elements 10 as my first. My workflow starts by creating a new file (file/new/white)

  I just finished the first page and to make sure I saved it as PDF, PNG, and JPEG. When all pages are made I'll print locally. I think that JPEG will be useful and this first page is only 8MB. I have decided that my other type of file should be, who will be the file that print. The PNG and PDF files were 60MB each. Should I continue to record as both? I'll probably go back and re-edit as well. Thank you.

  You have two issues:

  In order to re - edit later, save it as a TIFF or PSD (elements native file format).  These file formats maintain your layers and masks, so a re-Edition is a snap.

  When it's time to print, talk to the print shop that you'll use and ask them what file format they prefer.  Most places can manage PDF files.

  I want to clarify that you can upgrade the memory to 1024 MB.
  As far as I know Toshiba recommend using these memory modules:
  PC133 512 MB (PA3108U - 1 M 51)
  PC133 256 MB (PA3086U - 1 M 25)
  PC133 128 MB (PA3085U - 1 M 12)

  But as you mentioned the laptop supports modules SODIMM 144 pin PC133 .
  In this case, you use modules with these properties.
  But I prefer the modules Kingston or Toshiba. You know that no names module performance is not very good.

  as far as I remember Hu times 1-7 are centered and standardized, which makes them indifferent to the shift and scale.

  Combining special moments - which are invariant to scale and shift - are supposed to be indifferent to the rotation e. g. Hu defined time.

  So, each one should be indifferent to the rotation

  With regard to the recognition of forms, I would like to all Hu 7 times for example use a Hu Moment vector.

  But you must keep in mind, Hu Moments was designed to distinguish the different characters typed.

  Adobe Comp brings some of the features of Adobe InDesign on your mobile device. There is no model for the laptop Desk/computer version, you can expect to use InDesign (and in fact your Comp creations can be opened directly in InDesign to continue your work).
