  After the webex session, we just had, I discovered the root cause of the problem reported to an underlying problem on the block device (the logical drive, or a problem on the Board) presented to accommodate the data in question store successfully.

  Hello, this is my first post and I hope somebody could lend me a helping hand. I have a laptop of Lenovo B, specifically a B570 series. I got it for a year and a half now and it was working fine until I started to see some issues.

  My first encounter was sartup questions. The machine normally laggs whenever Windows starts up the screen of the user. I checked for it and the problem was variface username and the fingerprint reader. It seems that the two caused a delay to the boot. in any case I had who spend not stop but in hibernation.

  A few months I decided to close my machine and that was my mistake. It starts and then shifted, I normally fixed that by juice holding the power botton and the boot until it works. It worked for a while until that time.

  I realized when I powered it down, he refused to move to the start screen of Lenovo and whenever I select F2/F8 all I get is "please wait...". "and lasts for hours. I tried to replace the hard drive, formatting as outwardly NOTHING.

  Use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, and I used Chrome when a dialog box appeared on Internet Explorer is not not my fault, and if I wanted to change that. I clicked no to keep the Chrome as a default. In the background, a large empty white screen appeared. This screen is most likely a browser, and I guess it is Internet Explorer. It's just a big white screen. There is no way to quit or minimize it. It is not even appear in the Task Manager. Whenever I turn on the laptop, it is already there.   On the Start Menu, open the control panel and open programs and features.  Click on the link above left called 'Turn Windows has or not'.  Remove the tick from the box next to Internet Explorer 8, and then click Ok.  IE8 is off, restart the PC and see if the problem is resolved.

  My laptop model number is Inspiron 7520 15RSE. with i5 processor. and the amd graphics card.

  I have 4 experience problems in my laptop.

  1. whenever I press the power button to turn on my laptop, my screen becomes yellow with a horizontal silver line between the two and beep to start with a small break after 8 beeps and this process will continually. until and unless I have press the power button.  I HAV tried formatting my windows (complete clean install), but the problem persists. and occurs at least 5 - 7 times a day each time I turn on my laptop

  2. the problem is with my driver elantech touchpad touchpad, that is, every time that change the speed of the cursor of the mouse via the elantech touchpad software and then after restarting pc it always come back to its default position. I HAV tried to reinstall windows, then install the latest updated drivers but the problem still persists.

  3. my catalyst Control Center does not work, I am not able to open the graphics properties and configure switchable graphics. It always gives me a message. control of catalyst application has stopped working.

  I HAV tried installing the latest video of the dell website driver, but the control center does not open. Help, please.

  4 color screen my sometimes becomes dark and light whenever I try to open something. like browsing, watching video.

Basically, I had some files on my desk that have disappeared, I do not understand what has happened since all I did was drag an AVI to play on VLC media player and all of a sudden all of the other files (pictures, series, presentations, etc.) I had on my desk disappeared. I went into the recycling bin which had a couple of them here and I restored it, but the other files were not there, I do not understand what the hell happened, I has yet to remove them, but all I want is to restore the rest of them, which I can't find.   One possible option is to try the following.

  Click the Start Menu, click your username at the top right.

  Right-click on the folder on the desktop and select Properties.  Click on the "Previous Versions" tab and give it time to load (this can take a few minutes).

  If you get a list of the previous versions, the first entry just left click to highlight and open - if you see your files listed, close the list and then click the option 'Restore' in the Properties window.  If no file is listed, try to open another entrance.

If a friend told me ITI might be the software problem that I must use security wipe top, which i did.now I do not see some of my bb as the map icon and email icons, and also I lost my documents to go that too.i open process my application list and I saw the card application and email it but I do not see the desktop.   I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  Then, you may need to reinstall the missing applications that have been removed by the WIPE:
