  Have you installed other printers or drivers next to Toshiba e-studio? If Yes please try to remove them and test it again.

  In addition, I would recommend to reinstall the drivers for the e-studio again. Delete the current version and restart the computer. Then install the latest version you can find on the page of Toshiba.

  In my opinion there is nothing to do with Toshiba... Normally, each printer is compatible for each printer. The important point is the operating system as you need special drivers from the manufacture of the printer.

  I wonder if someone can help me. I recently bought a new laptop from toshiba with Windows 8. The printer I have is HP PSC 1110. I have the drive and installed successfully to a degree. It prints, but it is not the scanner. When I opened the Photo and imaging HP program to analyze, it opens but regular icons are simply small squares without links or even the text. So the scan button does not work on the printer and there is no option to analyze when the program is opened - just those strange little squares where the menus and options should be. Also, if I click on a photo to open it in the program, I get the error message "could not start - Ctxld # Hewlett - Packard Pei HPQTHB08 «with the name of photo file to open the here.jpg «»

My bios won't let me put my SATA to IDE (or something like that) also to update and nothing, please I need my Windows XP CD to read my HARD drive, and I can take care of the rest (at least I think so, otherwise I'll ask again: D).

  I also found that I can watch my motherboard chipset for motherboard for my HD controller, it ' s (i think) a toshiba ILHAM v1.00 or Intel Crestline - GM GM965.

• Satellite A300 - overheating graphics card

  Hello.

  My Satellite A300 got recently repaired from the Toshiba official represent in my hometown of Portugal. The problem was overheating, as usual. They understood the problem, it was dust and the radiator was malfuncion. They have changed the radiator and I paid 184,5 as a repair bill. When I got home, the problem still remained, and it seems worse.

  When I start a game, like world of warcraft, for example, the graphics card will of constant 50 degrees to 100 to like 10 seconds, and then the laptop stops.
  Someone could point me in the right direction and could they be scamming?

  I mean, I paid to solve the overheating problem, but they have not solved. Next Monday, I'll see what they had to say. Should I pay for another repair (repair minimum is 80, even if anything needs to be repaired).

  PS: Just in case where, is my graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650.

  Theoretically it could also be a software problem if the laptop is overheating. I had the same problem because I installed display drivers not Toshiba and they had different thermal management so the laptop was overheating. I removed this display driver and installed the new Toshiba display driver and the problem was gone, because these drivers are designed and pre-tested by Toshiba.

  Otherwise I would also contact the ASP and check what they say. ;)

• HP officejet 7500 E910: unable to connect my HP printer to laptop

  I can't get my laptop (Toshiba Satellite) to connect with my printer HP, (Officejet 7500 E910). This printer was working with this computer until I experienced connection problems. Thought it was my router and replaced by the new router, (BelkinAC1750 DB). Router works fine with the laptop and another, (which has Windows 8.1). I can't connect either wired or wireless for printer or PC. I rebooted to update software that is recommended with this printer that is listed as compatible with windows 10 twice. When I run the HP software to solve problems, it shows the installation is successful, but I get a file error when I try to print.  I tried to reconnect several times to the network, but I think that the IP address on the printer set up display is wrong, but I don't know how to check this. The HP software troubleshooting help gives this as a problem, (the IP address is incorrect or a wireless network).  I disable firewall and antivirus with no result. I read all the suggestions I can find without success. I would like to reset the printer to the original configuration, but I can't find the method to do it. I think the problem is with the printer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  I discovered how to reset my default settings for the touch screen of the printer. It's under the 'Tools' menu, I didn't just not scrolled to the bottom. I have reset to the factory settings and then you had to use the HP printer Assistant, but I connected the printer to the network successfully with the correct IP, 192.168.2.171. The two PC is now no trouble-free printing. I don't know how I got into this mess, but I know that it is with your help that I managed to find a solution. Thank you for your time and your efforts.   6520 used to work without problem on the old pc w/windows 7. I have a new Toshiba satellite w/AMD 8. Prints fine but will not computer scan. Message on printer said computer unresponsive and check the usb connection. I rebooted driver did not help.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you are not able to use the computer scan with your HP Photosmart on your new computer Windows 8.1. I would like you to do a hard reset on the PS 6520:

  1. disconnect all cables and cards of memory in the printer. Unplug the power cord, directly from the back of the printer when the printer is still on.

  2. unplug the other end of the power cord.

  3. If there is a power supply on the power cord, disconnect one end and reconnect it.

  4. at the end of 60 seconds, plug it directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or battery backup because they can cause the printer to lose over time basic functionality).

  5. connect the power cord to the back of the printer.

  6. the printer should automatically power back upward. If not, turn it on with the power button.

  7. try to make a photocopy (if your printer is a printer all in one) before you connect the cables from the printer.

  8. connect the other cables needed to the printer.

  Now, continue here: a "connection error" or "No. computer Found" Error message for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 6520 e-all-in-one and HP Photosmart e-all-in-one 6520, Printer series

  Once on the page, select the Windows 8 article and complete all THE steps listed, make sure that the Scan of the computer is turned on.

  I would try to uninstall, reboot, then reinstall the printer software.  There should be an uninstall icon in the folder/printer HP in the group '' programs. ''

  If you have other software installed HP printer that you don't use I would uninstall that as well.

  Are you connected via USB or you print wirelessly?

  Make sure the printer name is identical to the one that you want to print to. older printers may appear in the window also so do of course have chosen the right one.
