• The disk (with no key) installed Vista Home Premium, and the license key OEM is for... Home Basic!

  I recently did a clean install with the disc that came with my Dell XPS6400 (bought in the auction) local computer, which had only "Vista 32bits" written on it and no product key.  I thought I could use the key on the sticker on the underside of the computer OEM license, even if the 2 characters in the 3rd section were partially missing - they had to be one of the other four.  When OEM license was initially considered valid, I realized that I had not yet downloaded a service pack, but after that, he was still to come as being invalid!  Then, I found that the version of Vista that was on the disc was "Home Premium" and the OEM for "Home Basic" license key  Do I have to reinstall the whole system, drivers, etc., in order to establish the upgrade?  (Please say "NO", there is an easier way to do this!    Here's the MGADiag. -I hope it helps.  :-}

  Brand new on-site development of BlackBerry (2 weeks in)-so please forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

  I am currently using the CodeSigningKey and the DatabaseFactory.encrypt for an application that I developed that will use a database.

  I'm a ControlledAccessException during an attempt of the DatabaseFactory.encrypt with the key that I provided. I think it's because I didn't sign my files with the file ___.key *.cod correctly.

  I use sqlitedemo as a guide files, and in the comments he mentioned that I need to create my own pair of public/private key using the administration of BlackBerry signing authority tool - I did. The question I have is when packing my request in the BlackBerry Java plug-in for Eclipse, sign tool is running and said that this particular key file is not saved with a server.

  While it's an excellent resource it unfortunately not answered my question. Like all other documents that I linked earlier, this resource talks in Task 4, step 2 of:
  'Start the application file signatory in the administration of BlackBerry signature tool '.

  I had downloaded and installed the BlackBerry Signing Authority tool a few times (it installs really as "BlackBerry password based code signing), but never found dittos application sign. On a whim, I went into the folder, it was installed and just started running all *.exe that I could find. Finally, it is of the 'SigningAuthorityAdmin.exe' and 'SigningAuthority.exe '. The first will create the key, the second is the tool of "file signatory."

  Hope that will help everyone in the future that awaits the names is compatible...

  Edit: I have not found the Mac environment anywhere... so I assume that there is not.

  Hello Paul,

  My recommendation would be to leave the validation of the uniqueness constraint in the DB. Have a read of the article 37.8.3 (updated for 11g, 10 g, it is 33.8.3) guide the developer of Fusion, where you will find a way to provide your own rather than the ugly constraint violation a nice error messages.

  I got the set of questions:

  1. first and second cases were performed with success while 4th and 5th failed.

  The only difference is that the overall index in 4th and 5th cases are unique.

  It is unclear why ' ORA-14196: specified index cannot be used to apply the constraint. ' has occurred.

  2. in the third case index is similar to that in second place with the only difference that it is local.

  Still, it is not clear why it failed with ORA-14196.

  3 and the last question why ORA-14196 arose in 8 cases, while the 7th, it didn't.

  The only difference is the local index in 8 cases is unique.

  (1) index 4 and 5 cannot be used to police the unique constraint as a unique index must have the same list of column under duress. Index 4, to establish in a non-unique index or to remove the column id of the index. To index 5, you will need to make a non-unique index or remove the columns id and index t_type.

  (2) 3 index cannot be used to the unique constraint of police that it is a local index and is not partitioned column (t_type) in both the definition of index/constraint. If allowed, this would require Oracle having to visit each partition to ensure that any new value of t_key is truly unique, that would not scale. Include the t_type column in the constraint and the index to both t_type and t_key as of the columns (so move the id column 3rd position) and it would be successful.

  (Index 3) 8 fails for the same reason as in 1). It's a unique index with a different column from the constraint list. Remove the id column of the index or to make it a non-unique index and it will be successful.

  In summary, a unique index MUST have the same list of column than the constraint and a local index MUST have the partitioning columns in both the definition of index/constraint.

  Is it possible to link the function with a key press of a button clicked in a flex/air application?

  The reason I ask is that my request will be placed on a Linux system, but the guy who owns this system has a program on the desktop that is bound to the F10 key sense whenever you press F10 this program is open. So what I have to do is create a button which when clicked operates the F10 key. The idea is that the user can switch between this program and the interface without actually seeing the Office at all. Is this possible?

  I think Javascript might have the same problem, but perhaps mean you Java (two totally different animals).

  You need the java.awt.Robot class. The keyPress() method will simulate a keypress.

  You can probably find it fairly fast.
