• Enterprise License Manager for CUCM v9.1

  Hi all

  Please help on below mention query.

  1 > I installed the standalone ELM CUCM and CUC and still I have not installed licenses CUCM & CUC with ELM. It was just done basic configuration.

  2 > how to get information on when this ELM demo expires?

  3 > demo is taken into account from the date we will installed the ELM server or it will count the date where we will create Instances for CUCM and CUC?

  4 > Wll ELM server get stop CUCM or CUC instances application and get ater Shutdown 60 days of grace period?

  5 > is it possible to check on the State of the ELM server by GUI or CLI?

  All positions would be highly appreciated!

  ELM expires isn't a license, it is there for license CUCM and UCXN and by itself does nothing so not need to license it.

• Can the License Manager load the computer license first, instead of the license based on users?

  We have several machines in the lab with licenses computerized on them and a number of technicians who have licenses based on users.   Hey Joe,

  In the license file on the license server, you may be able to manually change the tag "sort" in the file to change the order in which VLM withdraws licenses. Licenses are checked in descending (2, then 3, then 4, etc.). As a general rule, your license file is set up in a default order, but in special cases like this, it may be advantageous to change the order. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. open the license file with a text editor (such as Notepad)

  2. search for the tag "flows out". For example, the entry "VLM_Core" will sort tag value will appear as "sort = first". Do not change this value. VLM_Core must always be the first.

  3. change the value of sorting tag for the license to the computer named to a value less than the value of sorting tag for the named user license. (for example 'sort = 2"for named computer and 'sort = 3" to the named user).

  4 save the file and reinstall the license.

• License Manager NOR does not; It performs a query for the current license status, said

  I currently have the evaluation version of Labview.   Nevermind, it works now. I could go back to a system restore point before the problem started, and that fixed it. Well, what happened was the License Manager could not be interacted with at all and even with Labview. LabVIEW would remain on the same screen sometime after he arrived at the "finishing initialization."  I still have no idea why they froze like that just because I entered a server name in the License Manager, but it's ok now.

• How can I run the License Manager?

  Hi - I had LV 8.5 installed for a while now and I just built an exe file, so I need to activate the application builder. I have a license key but I do not see how to run the License Manager.

  According to the instructions in the box, it should be at the start > programs > National Instruments > NI License Manager

  But he's not here. Does Nayone know where on C: I can actually find the exe I need to run?

  Well, my computer has literally just sat there week and this morning it me that LabVIEW was not enabled.  I do not think that the MAC address or the disc has changed in that time.  But who knows.  Our IT is pretty bad.

• SignalExpress Tektronix License Manager

  I'm still the site administrator for LabVIEW SignalExpress Tektronix Edition licenses (used by the Tektronix sales force to sell SignalExpress TE) and I still have the same computer, but it's switching me from XP to Win7. The same License Manager software will still work, or I'm going to need an upgrade? A new license for the License Manager?

• Batch command for license management

  Is there a possibility to have a batch command to get information of license? We need for automatic control of accounting and the license. With the normal FlexLM, it is possible to get them to 'lmutil lmstat f', but lmutil does not work in the environment OR :-(. The generation of a text file as the export of 'computer & user' in the OR License Manager would be sufficient.

  I bought a package of student creative cloud half year, everything has worked. Yet when I lock the account recently, the product list does not show that I bought the package and lost the key to enterprise license. I could download only the tests. What happened and what should I do?

  Hi, it seems that you have logged the creative Cloud Desktop Application and see the trial versions. Please, try the following steps in order.

  1. Make sure you use the good Adobe ID - if added to the dashboard as Federated ID or company ID make sure that you choose the "Enterprise" option when connecting.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect to the software by selecting help > Sign Out
  3. Make sure that you are connected to the internet
  4. The opm.db file contains the login user cached information and delete this file is a useful troubleshooting step. Once deleted a fresh file will be automatically created when you start creative cloud and reconnect.
  • Close the creative cloud application.
  • Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  • Delete the file opm.db.
  • Launch the creative cloud.

• Assignment of a license of creative cloud to an end-user License Manager?

  I waited to stick for 2 hours with service to the customer and have not yet find someone to pick up.  I bought and received a license for creative cloud but cannot assign the license to the end user.  We have hundreds of permit so I can't download it simply.  There is no way to filter by license # or date of purchase from anywhere in the License Manager.  Help, please!  It is for the CEO of my company and is urgently needed.

  Oracle 11.2.0.4 database is certified on Windows server 2012 R2, but unfortunately, it seems that control 12 c Enterprise agent manager cloud not certified on WS 2012 R2.

• Enterprise license key is not valid.

  We receive an error for our enterprise license key to activate or install CC. The error is "this license key is not valid." It seems even stand for the previous installation, which had obtained his license as soon as possible. This has worked well in the past, but today's questions on the PC of the user within our Organization. I can confirm our license key at licensing.adobe.com, but it will not activate.   The license key that you are using (and I was) expired on 1 June 2015.

  You will need to buy new licenses.

  Anyone know what is the user ID default for the demonstration of PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management 9.1 database? I can connect only on the data mover in bootstrap mode. Even have no chance to connect to the application designer.

  VP1 or PS is a good thing to start.
  I assume that you have already run the wizard database using Data Mover in bootstrap mode.
  After you have created your database of ELM, examine the PSOPRDEFN table
  Select * from PSOPRDEFN;

  All PeopleSoft user account are defined in this table and the password is equal to the id of the operator when installing.
  Just see if VP1 or PS resides in this table.

  Log in to PeopleSoft and select "Customization Options" in the main menu. It's just a random component. Now press Ctrl + D on your keyboard.

• Cannot find license manager

  We just bought vCenter Server and vSphere licenses.  When I put the codes in my trial vCenter server it tells me that I need a license server.  I couldn't find what the license server.  I tried turning on itself and that seems to hold, but when I try to add hosts to my data center I get now

  "Impossible to license because the license source is not available: the License Manager has not yet been started, the wrong file license or port@host is used, or the hostname or port in the license file has been changed.

  Is there documentation on how to implement the "License Manager"?  Doing some research I found a lot of References .lic file and one (I forgot the exact name) VM - License.exe.  But neither were part of the 60-trial download and the sons were often for version 2.5.
