  Salvation and welocome on the forums! There is no option on the BB which will allow that. Your carrier will have a call. You can have your carrier block these numbers. There is a free app called ICALLmanager that I use. It allows you to blacklist numbers, numbers unknown to send directly to VM, allows calls only from your address book and a do not disturb option where all calls are sent to the virtual computer.   How can I block unknown number or call number Caller ID? A madman who got hold of my number and do not stop calling me. It is ruining my business that I only work with a mobile phone number. I get unknown calls 400 per day and none causing business that my phone is busy all the time. Samsung has this feature, but I refuse to believe that Apple isn't a solution for this problem.

  You can not. your carrier may offer blocking of anonymous calls. Contact with them.

  Better yet, contact the police. This is harassment. They can trace the source of the calls. If they are from one person, it is a criminal offence.

  Whenever random strange behaviors creep, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

• FaceTime / iMessage account numbers

  I transferred the SIM card from my daughter for his iPhone iPad - everything works well except the FaceTime and iMessage.

  I had these questions (iMessage, etc.). I usually get things to agin by runnig

  1. turn on and outside iMessage

  2 reset the network settings

  3 reset all settings

  More recently, reset all settings fixed things. Kind of a pain because you have to fix your wallpaper and change a number of return parameters, but it tends to work pretty well if all else fails. Certainly better than the restoration and the establishment of a phone as new, which is the next step if reset all settings does not help.

  I'm having a problem on my passport with the phone. When I get a call from a number that is not stored in my contacts list, the call goes straight to voicemail.  If the caller leaves a message, I get the call indicator missed with the new VoiceMail indicator. However, the phone doesn't ring or vibrate, and the screen does not light to show that someone calls.  I missed a number of calls because of it.

  Calls from numbers in my contacts list work fine.  It's only calls from numbers not in my contacts.

  I'm on 10.3.0.908 on Rogers.
