  Hi Rupesh,

  To print the file to the scale, you can set the value in % in the impression under custom scale option dialog box.

  For double-sided printing click the properties button next to the printer you selected.

  Here you will get all the print properties that a printer supports.

  You can choose to print both side if it is available.

  I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble getting a booklet with Word 2013 impression, but I'm glad that you were able to find a work around with Publisher 2010.

  Microsoft Office (incl. Word) does not include Windows 8 (or another version of Windows): it is a suite of applications that can be purchased separately.   Have used the printer for over a year without problem.  I am running windows 8.1 with a Wi - Fi connection. Recently, I can't print a pdf file. Since my computer although I can print a word document.  First noticed the problem when he began to print a pdf file and it stopped with a partial copy of the 1st page of the 23.  Now it won't print a pdf file.  When I try to print a PDF the sidebar opens and says the printer is offline.   My wife's mac computer has no problem printing the pdf file. or anything else.  Tried 'print and scan tool doctor' and did not help.  Followed a thread to clear print spooler and this file is empty.  After the reboot, the problem is still there.  Also just realized that I can't print a jpg img. file.  Any help would be appreciated.

  At a first cancel all pending job from printer under devices and printers. Then restart the PC / laptop try toprint the JPG image file. Once, remember if you print from the PDF, please do not print document of big file size, otherwise do same problem.

  If you use wifi printing it will document slowly sends to the print queue of the printer from the PC/laptop.

  I just talked to HP and found the solution to my problem.  I'll post the answer here in case someone else is struggling with this too.  The technology suggested I go to the window printing & scanning (in system preferences), then remove the deskjet printer and then add the printer deskjet again.  That fixed my problem and now I can print my document in color.

  Some pages add their own margin to the minimum margin that is defined in the configuration of the Page. First of all, you could reduce the margin here:

  Alt + f (display the classic file menu) > Page Setup > margins & header/footer tab

  Second, you can try to use shrink to fit. However, if the image is a background image instead of the part of the content of the page, which is perhaps no effect.

  The finished newsletter should be a folded booklet: a piece of 11 x 17 paper folded to form a 8.5x11 "booklet". This clearly means pages 1 and 4 should be printed on one side of the tabloid sheet and pages 2 & 3 on the other.

  There is no such a model, so you'll have to make your own, using a spread on presentation of your newsletter.

  Use shapes, images and text boxes to position available for your model.

  You didn't say what version of Pages that you are using but if it's Pages 5.x, it has no text boxes related so this will make it difficult and it's going to be a lot of manual work.
