EOS 5 d Mark III or Canon 6 d

Hello

I plan on upgrading to a full frame of my T3i. Most of my photography is landscapes and wildlife outdoor. Usually involves hiking to get there. I thought the cause of 6 d to its size, but I read a lot on the not very good auto focus. The 5 d sounds good, but it is the big con is its size which could be a problem during a hike.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you

If you can afford the 3 5 then get it. He has a better AF system and rapid rate for the movement of wildlife. The biggest con with the 3 5 compared to the 6 d is its price. 3 5 is a very superior device

  • Import error Canon EOS 5 d Mark III

Error importing for Canon EOS 5 d Mark III - selection of import and copy as DNG, saving as of 2016 by date - great worked earlier as yesterday at 23:00. Today, I was unable to import all of my studio work today.

Find the camera, starts automatically check files not imported, will allow me to add keywords, will still save the keywords after the closed will, give the message import files..., to even show that the copy and import photos seeks to work with the line measuring at the top near the logo LR - but will freeze and not move or import a single photo. No parameters have been changed and there is plenty of room. Using iMac with new operating system. Can you help me? I really need to turn around this work.

    Big thank you.

    Daphne

    Thank you!

Card reader worked like a charm!

    Thank you very much.

  • Hallo liebe Helfer, habe Photoshop CS 4. Nun habe ich mir die Canon Eos 5 d Mark III so. Wie kann ich Bilder RAW öffnen und bearbeiten?

It will be necessary to be able to use the free Adobe's DNG Converter to create negative digital copies of your raw files. The camera that was purchased requires camera raw 6.7 at least, but in my view, full support has been added in Camera Raw 7.1. These versions of Camera Raw are not compatible with Photoshop CS4.

  • CS5 Raw with Canon 5 d Mark III and Canon 6 d

    I have CS5.  Recently, I upgraded my 5 d Mark II to a 5 d Mark III.  I also have a 6 d.  I can't open my pictures in RAW.  Am I forced to buy CS6?

    Hello

You should be able to open the Canon 5 d Mark III of files in photoshop cs5 update to camera raw 6.7

(Help > updates in photoshop cs5)

For the Canon 6 d, the 8.1 DNG Converter should work by converting your files 6 d camera raw to DNG

copies, which should then open in photoshop cs5.

  • Lightroom 4 and 5 D Mark III

Does anyone know if Lightroom already takes care of the Canon eos 5 d Mark III?
I want to buy LR4, but is it only is not yet supported, I'll wait.

    Greetings,

    Ashvin Ghisyawan

    www.totaalfotografie.nl

Ashvin, Lr4.1RC which is available through Adobe Labs supports the 5DIII. This is a software version 4.1 beta and is available free of charge. Be a RC version means that there may still be some questions that "field testing" can discover. I recommend to have a look and try it with copies of your files initailly.

  • Canon 5 d mark iii

    Hi all

Has anyone bought a 5 d mark iii (or any body pro) for Black Friday? I have an upcoming project in November and I was debating whether I should buy the camera now or shop Black Friday and delay the project in December. Does anyone know if the Treaty will be worth the wait? Canons refurbished mark iii sale in 1999 right now. Thank you!

If you want, then buy it.  At some point, the cameras will be sold and will not be offered again.  Nobody on these forums knows what will be available a month from now.  I say buy it and start enjoying it, especially if it is for sale.

If you watched the store refurbished Canon online for any length of tme, then you should have noted that some elements are briefly "In Stock" before selling.  Some items are in stock only once or twice a year and sell within hours where they are available.  I had a couple of points away from me because I waited to call my son after having obtained his work.

If the lenses are EF-S lenses, no. If they are objective EF (without the "-s"), then Yes.

Note that any lens will have a wide field of vision more on a 3 out of 5 that he will be with the same zoom on a 80 d value at each stage of its zoom range,

  • Canon 5 d Mark III. Images disappear

Canon 5 d Mark III. Pictures on the camera screen but shows show CF card to be empty when it is connected to the computer. Used two CF cards different, same result. I have tried Sandisk Rescue program but no current images were found. Images counter down with or without a CF card inside, but there are some components equal to an image.

You also have an SD card in the camera? Even if you don't think you use, look for your images. Behavior of the 3 to 5 with the two card slots occupied can be very strange. Suppose you said to use the CF card, but to switch to the SD card if the CF card is full or unavalable. Then, suppose you take the card CF - to put it in a card reader, for example. The camera starts the SD card permanently, even if it is disabled at the moment. Then, if you put the CF card, the camera will not return to use it; You must manually set again. This behavior is highly counter-intuitive, not well documented and with no warning.
