• hp3050a does not connect with windows 7

  I hae a 3050 HP desjet has which does not connect to my laptop which has windows 7 on it. Any suggestions?   I ran to the resolution of problems, and it did not come with a fix.

• HP eprint app does not detect photos on iPad

  I have the HP eprint app on my ipad. I went to print a photo that I took on the ipad today, however, when I went for this app asked if he could access the camera or something like that. I wanted to press ok, however, I clicked do not allow. So when I went to print the image using the application and pressing the button photo in it no pictures not found.   Go to settings on the iPad, then go to Privacy, once in this menu, go to Photos. There you should find a list of applications that can have access to your photos. Make sure HP ePrint power toggle is set , then go back into the app and check the availability of the photo. If this is not the case it toggle the button off then back on and power cycle the unit and try again. I hope this helps.

• Snapfish, ePrint access does not work

  I am trying to log on to my new printer HP Photosmart 6520 ePrint.  I can connect to Snapfish without any problem.  If I try to use the same login and password for ePrint it says the email is already used.  He said that he had to connect the 2.   I'm sorry you have a problem with your account ePrint. ePrint and Snapfish are together then you don't need to register for ePrint. Are you clicking on him 'sign in' at the top of the screen?

  Looks like you just need to do the following:

  1. Go to www.ePrintCenter.com
  2. Click on "Sign In".
  3. Click on "create an account".
  4. Fill in the required information (the email address on the account creation screen will be your personal email address).
  5. Once the account is created, you will be prompted for the code for the printer.
  6. If it's been more than 24 hours that the code has been printed, you need to refresh it.

  To update the code for the printer:

  1. Tap the "ePrint" on the screen of the printer
  2. Press 'Print the Info'
  3. Once you have printed the page, you will be able to enter your printer on ePrintCenter code and complete your registration of the printer.

  Have you tried to create a new Word file with text only to see if that will print?  What is the status of such jobs as posted on ePrintCenter.com? There are electronic signatures or macros in documents that failed?  What is the file size?

  I wish I could ePrint.  I use my wireless (Apple's Time Capsule) and I am able to print wirelessly on my Photosmart 7515.  The printer is connected to the wireless network.  BUT Web services will not work and ePrint now does not work (it worked when I first set up the printer, but is no longer works).

  Yesterday bought a C310a, everthing seemed to work perfectly (print apps included) outside of the ePrint, use the update software option the firmware update (which reset the e-mail ID) but still no ePrint.

  The problem is that, although Web Services if poster to assign an ID e-mail the printer does not print the instruction sheet. I also tried to register email to ePrintCenter identification but the email is not recognized - probably because I have not finished the configuration of the printer using the instructions sheet.

  Have also tried disabling Web Services and reactivation. This has not fixed the problem but for a time also thrown upward and the error on the re-login to web services.

  Try to define an alternative DNS and check if that can help you:

  1. Tap the wireless on the top of the screen of the printer and look for the IP address is.
  2. Navigate to throguh IP of the printer, the web browser on your PC.
  3. Click the network tab.
  4. Under, click IPv4 wireless.
  5. Under the DNS Configuration, select manual.
  6. Set the address preferably as 8.8.8.8
  7. Set the e-mail address alternative as 8.8.4.4
  8. Click on apply to confirm the change.

  Now, turn the printer off and turn it back on and check for the difference.

  I want to help you with this question.

  If the printer does not print the document to Web-based information services, or allowing you to add to HP connected, I have

  Set a manual DNS.

  I won't go into the details on setting this up. From your post, I think you know your way around the printer and your network. If I'm wrong, let me know. I'll go into the details.

  The DNS to try is:

  Primary: 209.244.0.3
  Secondary: 209.244.0.4

  Set the DNS, and then try again to print the web services information page.

  I see you are trying to print web pages of a tablet of Surface. What model printer you are trying to print to? Also, is there an error, message, etc., when you try to print?

  I hope that you were trying to save the printer directly from the front of the printers, this is an additional method to enable the web service.

  Once you connect your printer with the cable network, let the printer get the IP address.

  Now plug your laptop or your PC in the same network.

  Type the IP address of your printer in the address bar of the browser and hit enter.

  Now, you will see the embedded Web Services Page.

  Access the Web Service tab and click Activate or click the eprint on the façade of the printers and proceed with the registration process.

  Now, the printer must be turned on and print a sheet with the claim code.

  NOTE: If you don't see the Embedded web services page, try unplugging all other devices out of the laptop and printer, then restart the wifi, the printer should pick up the IP address and connect to the internet.

  Your Internet service provider must be able to provide the settings of proxy for your network if its still does not.

• ePrint-> connected HP migration does not work

  The printer I use is the HP Officejet 6500 has more.

  When I logged in the center successfully ePrint (I saw my printer in a Flash details) from the link in my server Web integrated, I was automatically instantly redirected to HPconnected.com

  VERY unfortunately, the redirect page http://hpconnected.com/nl/nl and http://hpconnected.com give a blank page with the other "not found" on it.

  I am not able to enter the centre of ePrint more, it keeps redirecting me to this site not wonderful.
