  • All-in-one HP Envy 120: HP ePrint E-mail

I hope someone can help me with my problem.

I created an account of HP ePrint for my all-in-one HP Envy 120 printer and then changed the address of e-mail to something which I could easily remember.  So far so good.  However, as this printer could not copy or scan, I replaced it with another printer with the same details of the model.

Then, I went on my HP ePrint account and deleted my original details of ist printer (as he has been appearing as offline and not connected) and added my new printer via the tab to add devices.

The problem is, I want now to change this e-mail to my original email (easy to remember) address address but when I click on the option change Email, it is grayed out and cannot be changed.

I registered my printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525 (CZ282C), when I bought it in December 2012. On June 22, 2013, I recorded for HP ePrint and chose the [edited by Moderator] email address (see screenshot - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4Nb74yLObt8SjI0bXB6bmhvdlE/edit?usp=sharing).

Can you please help me with this?

    Kind regards

    Hello Veselin,

Thank you for the update.  I appreciate it.

I do not understand the question.  You used to have an email address specific ePrint, at some point that you were asked to re-register for ePrint.  If you got to reregister this would mean you need a new claim code.  At any time the web services were disabled and re-enabled on your printer, then would have received you this new claim code.  Once you use a new claim code address ePrint you used to have is no longer available.

  • D110A ePrint e-mail address?

Implementation of a new hp d110a. On the ePrintCenter... printer recognized and all that jazz. Everything looks good to go. So now, I want to print email to a smartphone. I found my name of the printer... but no where I can find refernce to the address that I send to. PrinterName@___.___ what is the suffix in this address. I knew quite a bit, but no luck. They all are sent back as will avoid. What Miss me?

The ePrint service is not lit, that means that your D110a has not assigned an e-mail address.  HP puts the finishing touches on this new service.  When the update of free product is available, you will receive a notice on your façade of printers that will allow you to download and install the update. Once the free update is installed, you will be able to start using ePrint.

  • E-mail address of HP eprint

I already have an HP eprint e-mail address.  I just replaced my printer and want to use my HP eprint current e-mail address.  Is it possible to do it with the HP Envy 110F?

Hi there, its your unique id for printers in HP ePrint remote printing service. If you let me know your printer model, I can advise you on how to get the e-mail address of your printer. In the meantime here is a link to some information about the ePrint service.

  • Eprint of site using Internet (print-php smtp code)

    Hello

I'm a web developer and you have a website that is trying to send messages electronic smtp for a printer HP eprint for one of my clients.  The website basically built an HTML based email and sends via eprint to address of the customer.  I use a 3rd party SMTP (jangosmtp) service and confirmed that email is out of the service in the eprint address.  I never received a message from "eprint job received" and the print job does not print on the printer.  Emails are sent with one of"address" to [email protected]

I tested the customer eprint e-mail address by sending an e-mail from the sample in my email (MS Outlook) and I get the email "eprint job has received" and it prints successfully.

I don't have access to the account of the customer HPConnect, but I'm trying to order him to see if he can look at the settings for me or maybe see a history of emails that have been sent to the printer to see if it indicates a problem.

Three questions for this forum: A) can you tell me if printing a Web page in this way is supported) B is there any direction I can give to the customer once he arrives on his hpconnect account to search for this, and C) is it possible to your printing service is seeing this as spam?  no way of knowing?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jason

    Hello

Thanks for the reply.  I ended up finding this works by changing my 3rd party SMTP server and Google (Gmail) SMTP servers through (I had read somewhere that gmail is a messaging service supported the eprint service).

To answer your questions about the configuration of the old before going through Google:

    1. Yes, I get the email on the site to my email address.

    2. I don't have a printer HP (does my customer only) - but I have an Epson WF3540 and it printed fine when using their e-mail to the print service.

    3. the client printer was ready to open to everyone.  I also go to only allowed senders and the address to the address [email protected] nothing helped, so I spent it to allow all the.

    4. Unfortunately, the collection shows no email for print jobs.  Even with this work through Gmail now the collections screen shows not all print jobs.

Thanks again for the response.  Using the smtp servers of google seems to work very well, so I consider this resolved.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8600: OfficeJet Pro ePrint 8600 - cannot select paper tray - HP needs to fix this problem

This is a limitation of the software that HP needs to fix. I bought this machine multifunction largely for two features, ePrint, and two bins to paper. I had released two paper because I often need to print on paper thick and does not want to manually load the cards into the printer whenever I don't want to print on thicker paper. Unfortunately tray 2 is not compatible with card stock so I keep copy regular paper in tray 2 (tray 2 is defined as the default tray) and I keep card stock in Tray 1, which is compatible with cards. The problem and the limitation is when I am traveling and want to use ePrint. Even if my default tray on the printer is 2, which is where the paper is, if I use ePrint to print, HP ePrint by default tray 1, which means that I print on thick paper. This isn't only a problem when you travel. One of the advantages of the ePrint, in theory, is I can print on my desktop at home via ePrint printer when connected to my VPN employers. I've had this machine for two years. It seems that HP would have an update now to solve this problem. So far, nothing. Frustrating!

    Hello @HudsonOH,

Thanks for posting in the forums of HP and welcome.

I understand that you are not able to choose your paper tray of your HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-all-in-one using ePrint. I would like to help with this, as much as I can.

Unfortunately, when you simply send an e-mail to the printer, you cannot change the print settings, because it uses the default settings on the ePrint server.

However, if you have an Android or iOS device, you can download the HP ePrint app. This allows you to add the printer by ePrint e-mail address and send print jobs when you are not with the computer (need you an active wifi or data connection, however). The application also allows to select print settings if you can ensure that you don't waste card stock paper you loaded in the machine.

To download the app on iOS, simply open the app store and type 'HP ePrint' in the search bar.

To download the app on Android, you can open the store game (or game of Google) and search for "HP ePrint.

Once you have installed the application, you can add your printer via his email ePrint:

    1. open the ePrint application and select OK on the demo screens.

    2. Once you reach the home screen, it will show your printer name, or not find printers (depending on whether you are at home with your printer, or on the go). Select this check box.

    3. you will see a tab at the top that says all, select it.

    4. press on the + symbol to add a printer.

    5. Enter your ePrint e-mail address and select Add.

To print using the application, return to the home screen and select an item to print one of the options listed. Note: If you are on iOS, you can even add your e-mail information in the application so that you can print emails.

In addition, you can sign up here for updates on the new firmware and software for your printer, in which case no alternative workaround should arise: stay connected with updates from HP

    I hope this helps!

  • CP1525: a printer is missing in the list of device - eprint

    I have 4 printers in a single erpint account, now it is only 3 printers listed there, we went - and it's funny, the eprint that still work printer - if I send emails to its eprint e-mail address - it still prints. someone has an idea? Thanks, really appreciate for any help;

HP should offer a paid option for eprint and his service to improve quickly. HP Saviez scanner industry had been destroyed by smartphone?

    Hey @RobinJiao,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand that your Laserjet Pro CP1525nw printer has disappeared from the list of devices in your connected HP account. I can help with that.

To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

    1. Connect the printer via a USB on Windows PC or Mac and download the latest firmware by clicking on this link.
    2. Turn the printer off.
    3. While the printer is turned off, disconnect the power cable from the back of the router for a minute.
    4. When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer.
    5. On the printer press right until you see Network Config and press OK.
    6. Press right until you see the IP address and press OK.
    7. Note the IP address.
    8. In the address bar of the web browser on any computer, type the IP address as it appears on the printer and press ENTER to open the web page integrated printer.
    9. Click the Web Services tab.
    10. If you click on one of the options on the left side, you should see an option to print an information sheet. A click on it.

Now, If you see a code of request on the sheet of paper then in your connected HP account click on the devices tab, the device to add and enter the code for the printer application.

If you do not request a code on the web page of the printer and then on delete Web Services and then activate. Now in your connected HP account click the devices tab, the device to add and enter the code for the printer application.

Please let me know if this allows you to add the printer to your connected HP account. If so, please click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

  • Photosmart 7525 eprint do not print

I put eprint in place and when I send something it will not only print the computer says there is a problem and it is supposed to be an error on the printer control panel.  BUT there is no error message.  I have updated firmware update.

    Hi Azegger1,

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you can not send print jobs to your printer Photosmart 7525 ePrint e-mail address.

Connected HP sometimes gives a false report that there is a problem not specified with the printer. HP has been able to reproduce the error.  If there was a genuine mistake, the message would point to the problem (low on ink, paper, etc). Unspecified error message does not prevent you to use ePrint.

You also mentioned that the printer is not printing. To better help you with this, would provide you some additional information:

    (1) is the printer connected directly to a wall outlet?

    (2) you are able to make a copy of the front of the printer?

    (3) what operating system are you using on your computer?

    (4) you are able to print from your computer?

    (5) did you install the full features of the printer software on your computer or you are using the base driver provided with the operating system?

    (6) do you receive error messages when you try to print? If so, are they displayed on the front panel of the printer or on the computer?

    Thank you.

  • delivery of mail with 5510 e error - print. updates and connection are ok. a friend has the same problem.

I checked all of the updates and connections for my new printer.  As far as I can tell, I've checked everything that needs to be checked and everything is good.  But I still have the error of mail delivery when e-printing.  And my friend has the same problem with his new b111a 5510.  What could be the problem?  Regular, printing, scanning, and so on work fine with my wireless connection.

So looks like it's maybe a problem with the E-mail address provided by your internet provider, you send from,

What I would say as a test is to create an email account with g mail and or yahoo and try to send the e-mail to your eprint/E-mail account and see if it accepts the email too, make sure you have your printer the value Accept e-mail for all users, you can do so by logging into Eprint Center and then enter these parameters and select this option
