You can also verify the hosts files & find whether or not Adobe has been blocked.
Windows: Start > run > drivers > etc > hosts (open with Notepad)
Macintosh: Click on Go - Go to file-/ etc - Hostsrunor host
If you find any Adobe entry please remove it & brand the free entry of Adobe host file. Please try to start then.

I am a member creative cloud, but trying to allow an error occurs
I bought a full subscription of creative cloud directly from the adobe website. But whenever I try to license it says that it cannot find a subscription. I have the German version also.
I couldn't find a redemption code, probably because I need for my subscription I don't really know what the problem is.

I need to be able to change work and home, that was child's play in our world of Adobe Creative Cloud. However my work got the 2015 version updated to CC and for some reason any my CC at home will not be updated and I don't know why.
In addition to the answer to the question of the Peru Bob (who we users need to help!) ... There are a few things I could suggest/request...
(1) what are the specific numbers of your applications to the studio & home? Last build is 2015.0.2, construction 9.0.2(4).
(2) disconnect from your Cloud creative desktop app, then reconnect. Sometimes this resolves this issue. Give it a whirl...
If 2) does not work, you may need to use the soft Cleaner CC Adobe to uninstall Desktop CC and PrPro and download & launch of office, then the application download & install PrPro & update.

I enter the key for the plan and it worked but it does´t question, how many times I click on download in app they just Don t work, it opens the contentious creative applications tab, but never, it stops loading and shows nothing.
I have Photoshop and Dreamweaver CS6, they show either.

I bought the full one year plan creative cloud, then a week later received an email it offers for $400 less? Has anyone cancelled their plan, then took advantage of the offer email? You have problems with the second inscription. I spoke with someone at Adobe yesterday and they said that I would need to cancel, but don't want to end up paying twice for the program.

I just did an Adobe ID and bought Creative cloud half an hour ago. A single application (Photoshop) is being downloaded, but the rest of the applications on the Cloud Creative mac app say 'Try' / 'test Downlaod"instead of allowing me to download.
