  In the default installation, the values must be RPCSS and http. However, it works fine even without http as a dependency. I guess that the http driver is the problem (not start) in your PC, and elimination of the dependence of spooler should do the trick.

  You must start the dependent services. Dependent services are workstation and server. I think that you start the workstation service.

  My apologies if I misunderstood your question.  When you open a session with an Admin account, able to see the TPM service are you running?  Looks like your girls profile is damaged.  You may need to create another account.

  O what is the exact error you get when trying to copy the file?

  It is perhaps a file permissions issue. Try to take ownership of the file or the folder and check if it works.

  1. right click on the file or folder for which you want to set permissions, click Properties , and then click the Security tab.

  2. click on Advanced to open the Advanced security settings for dialog box.

  3 click the owner tab, click on change. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

  4. in the new Advanced security settings for box, in the to a change in ownership: field, select your user name and Verify the replace the owner of subcontainers and objects. Click OK, repeat for the remaining squares. (If your username does not appear click the button other users or groups to add your account).

  5. open the directory that contains the folder you want to delete. Right click on the file and delete it.

  Finally, something works and does not require a complete reinstall of the OS. I was so scared of it because Asus does not save a physical copy of the Recovery Manager on the hard drive, and somehow my backup discs (6 disks, waste of my DVD: O) don't work at all after spending an hour by burning.

  What happened was I used RegTweaker to do a cleaning of registry on my Win7, my computer worked faster, but I lost my WLan service and no matter what I was doing nothing worked, until I stumbled upon your post! I have read more than 50 pages of Web/forum sites and tried probably suggested and none of them worked.

  I tried:

  (1) Microsoft Winsock32 Fix
  (2) replacing Winsock dll
  (3) Yes Netsh wlan with the set command
  (4) order of Netsh reset catalog
  (5) LSP Fix.exe
  (6) right click 'Manage' on computer and everything related to the WLAN + dependencies on "automatic".

  I spent 8 hours and none of the above worked. Apparently a lot of people have the same problem after using a registry cleaner. He has tried, tested and proven. I did the registry cleaning on 2 computers and next thing I know on reboot, it is that the WLAN Service went AWOL. My first suspicion is gone to a missing or corrupted Winsock, but I never thought that a simple change of 2 files in the registry would solve the problem. Your piece of text was scary to look at in the beginning, but I was so desperate that I was willing to try anything and it really paid off. Microsoft should pay you the man! Their stupid suggestions do not work. For those who like me, I break down the instructions for you:

  Step 7: Click on "Dhcp", the right window shows the files in this folder
  Step 8: Double click on "DependOnService".

  Step 10: Then under 'Services', are looking for "EapHost", this should be a few records below Dhcp step 11: same thing, double-click on the file "DependOnService".
  Step 12: Delete everything in the text are and click OK. You are finished.

  Now close everything and RESTART WINDOWS. Your WLan should be back and work once at startup of your computer. Hope that makes you win like he saved me.   My problem has been resolved. It turned out that the password to bind the user should not have the special character ' $' either Neutron or Keystone "don't remember exactly" was not able to use the password as it leaves out the part ' $'. That's why he could not authenticate with LDAP. After a call from webex with VIO development team, it turned out that this is a Bug, they do not understand the ' $' in the script of special characters.

  Things has worked after resetting the password on the user account of bind, I also removed the character special '_' for the username of Bind.

  Also make sure you have the right setting of LDAP, binding user account is not locked and he managed to connect when you click three buttons to test connection.

  Org how do you have?

  If you have two so you can simply create likke task assignment rule if organization is Org A and organization == Org B

  But if you have more Orgniaztaions, then you can go for task assignment adapter
