error eok_1va1ue_adjust on PS CC installation for Win 7

After installing and starting CC PS, I have 13 boxes of error saying "CLC.exe has stopped working" and the box below says eok_1va1ue_adjust and repeat 12 times to appear. PS works but there is no welcome screen. any ideas? Windows 7 64-bit.

Mark David Vinay Product Support specialist said it was an OPENGL problem and turned it off in the preferences in PS CC and everything works fine now. Thanks Mark!

For installation of Windows 7, only download the http://www.mustek.com.tw/Support/ driver as other sites have an older, incompatible driver.  You should find that the driver is about 25 MB and is dated in 2008 and is v1.2.  You also need to install in compatibility mode against Vista, like their other older installers, they recognize the operating system and install everything except the key driver files blindly.

  • Product key for win 8 doesn't work no-error: this product key cannot be used to install a copy of windows retail.

I bought a copy of windows 8 for the upgrade to windows 7 from the Microsoft store. I need to reinstall the hard drive on this machine, but when I download the installer of windows 8 on another machine to try to create a bootable USB I get an error message when I put in the product key (which I paid for) who says: this product key cannot be used to install a copy of windows retail.

How can I get this problem?

    Hello

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.

Ideally, there are two types of product keys: key to retail version key upgrade and full. The key to upgrade is used to upgrade the version of the operating system when you have the lower version of the operating system already installed on the system, for example, if you have already installed Windows 7 system, you can use the upgrade of Windows 8 to upgrade (override) currently installed Windows 7 to Windows 8. This product key cannot be used to download the installer of Windows 8 and create a bootable for installing Windows 8 from scratch.

However, the key of the full version allows to download the installer of Windows 8 and create a Windows 8 boot disk to install a full version of the operating system.

According to your description, you have reinstalled the hard drive on your machine and want to install Windows 8 by creating a bootable. Thus, you will always have the above error message while downloading executable files for Windows 8.

There are two options you can try to install Windows 8 on your system:

    • Replace the key with a key to the version upgrade complete on the Microsoft Store and follow the procedure as you said in your post. You will not get the error message given.
    • If you have the Windows 7 installation media, you can try to install Windows 7 on the reinstalled hard drive. After activating this operating system, you can try to upgrade to Windows 8 by using the product key that you have already purchased.

Hope this information is useful. If the problem still persists, please post back for further assistance, we will be happy to help you.
