Error: EVENT_BOOT-SYSTEM-DRIVERS-failed

I get this error message in the event viewer. I think it's causing the machine to stop and restart itself. Does anyone have an idea on what this is?

The explanation in MS Help and support says "the specified drivers is not loading properly. The driver may not in the expected location. »

I'm not sure which driver they speak or even how to check.

It is logical that this is what causes the machine stop and restart, just need a little guidance on the pilots to check...

Hello

What is the brand and model of your computer? You may need to consult the support site that makes your computer and download all the drivers update for your computer system.

  • Error: alert! Previous attempts to start this system have failed at checkpoint [size].

I tried upgrading the video card in my dell dimension, but doing so caused this error, error: alert! Previous attempts to start this system have failed at checkpoint [size]. I removed the new video card and put the old one back, but the error still occurs. Any help on how to fix this error would be much appreciated.

    Not necessarily...

Power off, unplug... Remove the motherboard battery... Remove all memory modules except to location 1. Reinstall the battery and see if it boots now.

Then, repeat the process and share all the modules on the slot 1, one at a time until you ID a bad module. If they all work in location 1, add modules one at a time for other locations until all are reinstalled and it boots or you ID a bad location.

Please don't be crazy on me, but in my opinion, this is the wrong place for your question. The fact is that Toshiba doesn't support Windows 2003 server for mobile computing. If you have problems try again with Microsoft.
As a manufacturer of operating system, they should be able to offer an explanation for each error message. Sorry, but I see no connection between the problems described and Toshiba as a hardware manufacturer.

I tried windows xp cd even error

Please help me I'm getting frustraded

    Kind regards
    Vincent

    Hi Vincent

The System\Drivers\Nfts.sys error usually appears because of the missing or damaged file on the HARD drive.
I think it has something to do with the HARD drive partitions.

    So what to do?  :|
It seems that you have tried the solutions!

But I would recommend formatting drive HARD whole with the CD of Win XP. Delete also all partitions of HARD drive!
Then try to install the original system operating, either the Toshiba the CD recovery CD of Microsoft Windows.

If this does not help, I would recommend checking the RAM modules because someone told me that the faulty memory can causes the same problems!

    Good luck

  • Almost all drivers fail to install - Pavilion hp Pavilion 15-p018sv

Hello, this is my first post in the forums of HP so I apologize if this is posted in the wrong section.

I bought a laptop HP 4 days ago, hp pavilion 15-p018sv, but it came with windows 8.

I'm more of a guy of Windows 7, so I just completely removed Windows 8 and installed Windows 7.

The problem I have is that almost all drivers fail to install with an error message such as:

"the computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.

The strange thing is that I download the drivers through the official HP - Pavilion 15-p018sv Page for Windows x 64 drivers, but they won't install it always.

Any ideas what's happening? I'm so disappointed...

    Hi Robxx,

InPlace upgrade performs a repair facility that will repair the current installation of Windows to the version of the installation DVD.

    2. Insert the Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 DVD into the DVD drive of the computer.
    3. In the settings window, click install now.

Note If Windows does not automatically detect the DVD, follow these steps:

        Collapse this includes this image

, and then type Drive : \setup.exe in the box to start the search .

    8. On the which type of installation you want? of the screen, clickupgrade.
    9. When the installation is complete, restart your computer and try again to install updates.

If your PC is OEM that his pain, because you can only use recovery CD to restore the original state, which means that you must back up all data before restoring.

Most often this error 0 X 8007002 is related to the corruption of the file system that system preparation tool or SFC/scannow is not able to fix so the only option is step mentioned above (upgrade inplace or what we call previous repair installation)

    I hope this helps!

    Best regards,

  • Update for Windows 7 x 64-based Systems (KB2345886) fails

Update for Windows 7 x 64-based Systems (KB2345886) fails everytime. I have restarted my computer several times now. Whenever I do, update indicates "Failure configuration Windows updates" and I have to restart again. Whenever I am able to log in again, it says that I have to restart my computer to perform updates. Once I've done this several times now. What's wrong? What must I do to fix this?

You receive errors related to updates?

    1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button, all programs and then click Windows Update.
    2. In the left pane, click view update history.
    3. Find an update for Windows that has failed to install, and then double-click the update to view more information.
Updates that have failed to install will display failed under status, next to the name of update.
    4. In the Windows Update dialog box, next to the details of the error, review the error code for the update has failed.

    1. have you downloaded the stand-alone package for the service Pack 3 or are you using Windows update?
    2. are you able to boot to the desktop now?

Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
