  In this case, the reason is the virtual IDE drive. Increasing the disks IDE is not possible the vSphere client.

  Take a look at KB VMware: conversion of a virtual IDE disk to a virtual SCSI disk to see if this is an option for you.

  Update failed?

  Try to install the update in a clean boot state. If a 3rd party program prevents this update of installation, this will remove the conflict.

  I developed an application for the 9500 series touch screen devices, I tested it on these devices and all is well with the Simulator and the real device.

  But when I load it the torch I get the JVM error 104 and I used throughout the app try/catch blocks, but I can catch the source of the error.

  I then tried to add the application on a device 9300 and everything works again. For some reason any app just does not the torch.

  The application starts fine, but when I select anything within the app it "breaks".

  Can someone please help with this problem. If there is anything that I can provide please let me know.

  Check if you can view the history in Windows Update since another user account. If necessary, follow the steps described in this document to create a new user profile. If the profile is corrupt, you can follow the steps to recover the user account.

  Steps to follow:

  1. use the posted above unlock code to access the BIOS

  2 disable all passwords that are enabled

  3. If the request for current password - enter the unlock code

  4. for the new password, simply press the ENTER key

  5. repeat the same thing to check the password column.

  6. then exit the BIOS saving & exit option to save the changes.

  Troubleshooting:

  Incase if the password does not work please try a Hard Reset as follows.

  1. power off the laptop

  2 disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery

  3. press the Power button for 30 seconds

  4. connect the power supply/AC adapter (leave the battery for now) & start Notepad

  5. If now see you a password, please enter the same password I've shared before and press on enter

  I can't print jpeg files. The sas to the printer that the tray is empty. It is not the case. I can print a MS Word document or make a copy OK and paper feeds correctly. The printer is on my network and communicating properly. It's not my computer print.  I tried all the solutions on the help pages and have run the downlod of Solver problem without success.   I'm starting to wonder if the printer itself is having a problem. Here's what we'll do.

  On the printer, click web services icon that looks like a tablet with a phone beside her.

  Click settings.

  Click updates.

  Click Find updates.

  When the update is complete turn off and turn on the printer.

  Try to print.

  If you are still not able to print then the last thing to do are to perform a factory reset the printer. I'll send you some directions with how to do shortly on your printer.
