  Although I have a lot of paper in the tray of the printer, my hp c309g-m all-in-one printer screen tells me to load paper, that is, the clip from the sensor to the rear does not work (the one with the Green Strip of rubbery material about it, I guess.) I removed and put it back on a few times, thinking it was wrong set, but it didn't work.  I cleaned the rollers, etc., too.  I try to use the same types of paper, I used for a year without problem.

  You need to contact HP about whether a repair is possible.  It is a hardware problem, not a software problem, and you can do that in Windows can ignore this error.

  I keep getting ' load paper '.  The paper is loaded correctly, the rear wheels have been cleaned.  When the document tries to pass by, the small feeder does not seem slippery hard enough to feed through the paper.  How can I get the high powered?    I have the officejet 4500

  To try to resolve the problem, with a flashlight or other light brilliant, please check the area of the paper feed printer and check that there are no pieces of paper or other obstacles to the printer that can cause the error.  Then, please make a roll of clean the unit by following the steps on the below link:

  I understand that you use a color printer HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw with a Mac OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan computer and you can not print on envelopes #10 because you get an "Out of Paper" error message I would like to help with that.

  You want to make sure that you're using the envelopes recommended for laser printers only and that the envelopes are loaded correctly.
