  • Error message "Windows can't open add printer." The local print spooler service is not running. Please restat the spooler or restart the machine. "while trying to add printers in Windows 7

Original title: my laptop has lost all printers and windows & no longer recognizes them. Help! I can't print anything

I use my laptop computer in a docking station.  I took it out to take for a trip and when I got home I plugged it back (as I always do).  Just before the trip, I have upgraded to Windows 7 and all my printers were working very well.  When I got home and pluged again, Windows does not recognize one of my printers.  When I try to add printers a say8ing error message "Windows can't open add printer."  The local print spooler service is not running.  Please restat the spooler or restart the machine. "I tried to restart and turn off the printer, etc.  Can someone help me?

    Hi RobynGP,

This may occur if the print spooler requires other services, and these services are not running. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1. in Services, right-click on print spooler and then click Properties.

    2. click the Dependencies tab. The first box list all system services that must work for the print spooler start. These are dependencies.

3 make a note of each service, click OK, and restart each service on which the print spooler is dependent, if the service is not already started. If a service is not started, right-click, click Properties, and then make sure that the startup type is automatic.

My iCloud and shared calendars has stopped working in MS Outlook today.  They worked yesterday.  Now, I get the error message "cannot open this series of records.  The information store cannot be opened?  I tried the fix standard support.

Same thing here.  Looks like Windows did an automatic update during the night, and now nothing iCloud associated work (calendars, contacts, etc.)

I also noticed that the error message: "could not load file or Assembly ' MOM." Implementation ' or one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the specified file. "It started after restarting the Windows Update as well.  I imagine that the two are related in the same problem to iCloud.

    Hello BrendaMay,

    ·         What exactly do you mean by saying that you install photos?

    ·         You try to copy photos from your computer to the USB key?

Try to format the hard disk to the NTFS Format USB and check if you can copy the photos.

If does not work, try to format to FAT32.
    1. type devicemgmt.msc in the Vista Start menu or in the Run dialog box.

2 expand disk drives, right-click on your USB key that you want to format it in NTFS file system, and then select Properties.

    3. on the Policy tab, select optimize for performance option. Click OK and return to my computer.

    4. right click on your key USB. Select Format.

    5. Select NTFS from the drop-down list (you can also select FAT32).

    6. click on apply to format your drive to NTFS.

Note: The pilot of formatting will destroy all data on the disk.

If this does not work, try to create a new folder in the drive, and then copy the photos on this folder.

  • After restoring the system, I get the error message "Hasp SRM run-time environment (H0033)" during the installation of the software that I downloaded.

    Original title: software download

I did a restore on my laptop and had to re - install software.   He downloaded without problem, but now it doesn't let me open - error message is 'Hasp SRM run-time environment (H0033) can anyone tell me what it is and how to fix it.   I already ran a "solution" to the problem and it did not help.   This software has no problems prior to the restoration.

    Hello

This error occurs when the 'HASP License Manager"service no longer works correctly, stopped or not allowed in your environment. Before you continue with the troubleshooting steps, I would like to know some information about this problem.

    1. what security software is installed on your computer?

2 What problem confined to a specific software or with any other software?

    3. are you referring to the resolution of problems by running to solve the problem?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it works for you.

    Method 1:

Make sure that the HASP License Manager Service is started. Try the following steps to check whether the service is started or not.

    a. press Windows + R keys, type Services.msc and press enter.

    b. Locate the Hasp License Managerservice.

    c. double-click the 'Hasp License Manager' service and check if the Start button is grayed out or not.

    d. If the Start button is gray, then click the Start button to start the service.

    e. click on apply then Ok to save the changes.

    Method 2:

If you use a security software and firewall on your computer, then try turning it off temporarily and check if the problem persists.

Note: Antivirus/firewall software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats.  In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus/firewall software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Please reply with the status of the issue so that we can better help you.

I studied a bit and it seems that this file should be placed in the system32 folder.

I m not 100% sure, but you can try to refresh (restore) the common modules.
    Maybe this will help.

Firefox can not run visibly, but is probably running in the background. It is in the Task Manager. To access the Task Manager go to Start and type in taskmgrsearch field. This will open the process task manager. Then go to the tab processes and end firefox.exe. After the end of this process, close the Task Manager and try to re-run the installation/uninstallation.

  • failure of migration on wifi. error message. programs do not work. anyone else having the same problems?

failure of migration on wifi. error message: migration quit unexpectedly. Apparently, the migration is yet complete, but with a lot of mistakes. many programs on the new computer do not work. anyone else having the same problems? never had any problems with apple before. Maybe it's my last mac.

Migration via wifi is a bad choice, physically connect the two PCs with an ethernet cable is the best solution. Start the computer in recovery (command-R) and erase the boot partition. Then reinstall Mac OS X and migrate again using ethernet. Some programs such as MS Office may still have a problem and need to be reinstalled.
