Error message: "You must sign as Administrator" I AM the ADMINISTRATOR, and no one else never uses this computer!

When I try to delete files, applications or whatever it is sometimes, I get an error message that I have to sign as an administrator. The problem is that I am the only person who has purchased and owns this computer... I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR! So I do not know how to delete things I need to in order to make room on my hard drive. Y at - it an answer to this problem or a solution? Off 9,562346 millions of people who own a Windows PC, I think that someone has the answer for me. Thanks guys and gals, I appreciate it more that you know, because it's so frustrating. I finally a terabyte for a hard disk and that you always ran out of space!

    Hello

You right-click on command prompt and select run as Administrator:

"How to use the System File Checker tool to fix the files on system missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7"

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER:
      sfc/scannow

The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

    This isn't a problem.
It's a design to prevent unauthorized users to perform certain tasks.
Installation and uninstallation are some of these tasks that require administrator rights.

If you are not an administrator, or you do not have an administrator password, you can not install or uninstall.
    Not another way around it.
